I am highly dissatisfied with the service I received today. I was treated like an inconvenience from the moment I walked in. I was so excited to see that there was a Long John Silver’s in Martinsburg and even traveled from Hagerstown just to eat there. I ordered a Number 11, but I didn’t even receive what I ordered. When I asked what sauces were available, the staff looked at me like I was asking a stupid question. The entire interaction was rude, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing.

Only 2 visible employees ran the whole restaurant during a busy lunch hour. Drink machine had no ice for customers. Good food but restaurant needs more employees and equipment that works. Owner c'mon man.

Went through this nasty broke down drive thru a couple of years ago and came away with a creepy impression. Food was ok but everything is just broke down it needs a fix up. Rude wynita just glared at me as I checked my bar as though I was bothering her. Girl please.

Building is old and it looks it in and out. Many times the floors are rather dirty.
