Martinsburg Family Diner

Found this restaurant several months ago and have come back ever since, whenever In the area. Mostly for breakfast; husband enjoys their omelets, I like eggs with meat side (love scrapple, ❤️, which I haven't found outside PA.)
Considering the lack of service, etc. in most of the restaurants in this area, I would highly recommend going here first! We usually have the same waitress, Kadesia, the best at the Martinsburg Diner.
Always enjoy coming here! Welcomed when we arrive, acknowledged if we haven't been here recently.

Food was decent—it’s a diner after all. They have some of the best French fries I’ve ever had—crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Yum. HOWEVER, I ordered the Monte Cristo, and while it was tasty, they dyed the bread neon yellow. So not necessary! Please remove the dye, MFD!!

The service was excellent. And the location is great being right off 81. They really ought to repair the stools, most of which have tears in them. The portions were good size and I left full.

Outstanding food and service. Greeted with a smile by our server Karen. She took excellent care of us. She brought tasty hot food. I had the house breakfast special. The service was fast. Karen was so friendly, she made this an awesome family dining experience. Left with a happy belly! Will come back again for sure.

Id give you 100 stars. The food is good. Service is good. BUT ITS FREEZING IN THERE EVERY TIME! I shouldn't need my coat and a blanket to eat. Otherwise this restaurant is a 50 star. Turn the heat on or fix it or whatever

Their coffee tastes really good to me. This is a diner and it's diner food I'd stick to when ordering. Their home fries aren't what I'd consider true home fries... more hash browns.

Personally I love going here my family and I come here at least twice a week sometimes more but here the past couple times we have had some issues , I’m not sure her name but there is a waitress who is a little older and usually had the back booths every time we get her as a waitress we have issues she takes forever to come greet us, or get drinks, she never stops to check on us unless we flag her down. A couple days ago we came in for a late dinner and was sat in her section we placed the order and got our drinks we sat there for an hour n a half before she came back to let us know the kitchen was out of chicken breast so my husband had to order somthing else. we had got to the diner at like 5 or 6pm itwas going on 9pm and still no food at all we got tired of waiting and left we went up frount and informed the guy behind the counter on what was going on and then we tlfound out she never even went back into the kitchen and informed them on what my husband wanted instead of the chicken. But the dude at the frount counter then argued with my husband trying to charge us for food we never got and after a little bit of going back n forth he charged us for the drinks only . I understand places get busy but that was crazy I watched as people who came after us got there stuff before us . One other time we got her my husband informed her he is allargic to pork and certain sea food and she brought us the wrong soup out and gave him the seafood bisque when he let her know she seemed a little aggravated by it . We love this diner and my kids love it too but I been hesitant on going back after sitting there for 3 hours with no food
