Atrocious customer service. The young lady with the black bun needs to be retrained and taught how to speak and act whilst in a work place, especially towards customers. The attitude is unnecessary and the lack of respect is even worse.
This pertains to the Apple Harvest location in Martinsburg, WV.
I waited 15 minutes in a reserved space for 2 burgers. Brought me out a fish filet. Not my order! They went back in to figure out what was going on. It took so long I had to get out of my car and start to storm in the store. As I reached the door they brought me my food with 2 pies for the wait. Get to the car and check the one special order burger and of course it's wrong. I still had to go in and make a fuss. our last 2 stops at this McDonald's the woman in the drive through gave us 2 BBQ packets for a 10 piece and literally said if we need more she will have to charge us??? wait I'm confused when did you all start charging for condiments anyways? I know your employees are making ok money now definitely not minimum wage does it come out of their paychecks or something???

Despite some longer wait times, the staff goes above and beyond to ensure customers are taken care of. The food was great—hot and fresh—and the atmosphere was very busy, which is a good sign of fresh food. The service was polite and refreshing, much like the ice cold signature Coca-Cola. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, and parking spaces are available for campers and longer vehicles such as buses or trucks pulling trailers, especially off I-81. Customers appreciate the friendly greetings to young passengers and note that the staff, like John at the drive-thru, is helpful and polite. However, some customers feel that not using the computer machine to order can lead to uncomfortable looks, and there are concerns about price increases, with a meal for two costing almost twenty dollars.
