I am a door dasher and have orders from here fairly regularly. I must say this establishment has terrible service! There is never anyone at the counter to help regular customers and door dashers have to wait up to ten minutes for orders. A lot of the time you can hear the staff in the back laughing and complaining about having to work. When an employee finally comes to help customers or dashers, the workers are impolite and less than helpful. I do not recommend this restaurant at all!

The new layout and design are disappointing. The overall atmosphere feels less inviting, and basic amenities like napkins are now missing. Simple items that were once easily accessible are now kept behind the counter, which is inconvenient. Meanwhile, prices have gone up without a noticeable improvement in service or quality.

I just want to give credit where it's due. Today at about 7:45 pm I went through the drive thru, and a young man named John was working the speaker/cash window. He couldn't have been more helpful and polite. He was a good guy. Very nice young gentleman!
