They don’t even answer the phone this McDonalds sucks don’t go there and then they take 30 minutes and the service is bad half the time they don’t give you all
The food you order and the caramel frappe Machine never works better take the 30 minutes drive to a different one

Received my food thru the drive thru. Filet of fish bun covered with a black substance. Called on the phone they kept picking up acting as though they can't hear me. Horrible customer service.
Just went to pick up some lunch for the family, had me waiting in the parking lot for 15-20 minutes, NOT fast food, and didn’t even get the order right. Missing items, went in to get them, and they had me waiting ANOTHER 15 minutes. I’m at the house now, and have discovered they didn’t make the food correctly either. Pickles when asked for no pickles, onions when asked for no onions. Most of it is cold now, frappe is completely melted. I guess impressing their district managers is more important than doing their jobs correctly.
And these people want 15 an hour 🤡

Every single order is incomplete and wrong. There is always at least one item missing. You never get your sauces which they charge you 25 cents per. the manager/owner don't give a rip about your complaints.

Not the best food but better service than apple harvest drive
Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and no one took my order so i had to drive to the window to order my food. Then sat for another 10 minutes before i finally got my food and the fries looked like they had been sitting for a while. I will NEVER go to this location again. The employees have zero customer service skills and never apologized or said anything even after I told them that no one answered when I repeatedly talked into the menu board

We were almost daily patrons. Switching to BK and less expensive Wendy's. Angel Reese specials? Really? Has she cleaned up her racist and irresponsible behavior? Her brother Julian Reese is fine. Kaitlin Clark a better role model. What's next? WHOPPI GOLDBERG?

I would never expect Good customer service from mcdonalds, but this location is just next level rude. The managers are extremely combative, they’re looking for any reason to freak out on customers.
If you even get your food it will be cold and incorrect. After my dreadful experience here I’m going to avoid all mcdonalds until they decide to care about customer service. I was expecting the bare minimum, and what I got was much worse.

The manager runs scams on your credit card. They say your mobile order didnt go through and that you need to pay again, but outright refuse to refund the mobile order. Then when you pay for a second time, they ring up additional charges without your consent.
