Extremely long waits and lines. You will sit in ur car for 20 minutes for cold food. Staff seemed to not care. This review is after atleast 10 visits to this location

This place is awful. They always make you pull into a parking spot to wait for your food. Majority of the time after a 15 minute wait, they don’t bring all your food. You go inside for help, nobody acknowledges you, they’re screaming, goofing off, using inappropriate language.

Bottom line, they have no standards, nobody cares, and management is clearly unable to or does not care enough to fix things. Skip this one.

it was a cold and dark wednesday night. i woke up from my slumber with my gastric organ rumbling. i decided to stumble my way to mcdonald’s. after consuming thousands of calories, it really upset my gastric organ causing me to skidaddle to the restroom. when i opened the stall door, i was bombarded with THE skibidi toilet. it was a horrifying sight, it was dancing and singing. it then began to eat my gluteus maximus. i am forever traumatized. DO NOT use the mcdonald’s restroom unless you are overly freaked and want your booty aggressively eaten.

waited 20 mins in the parking spot they told us to pull into…they forgot and we had to go inside and they weren’t very happy with us. Then we get home and we find out they forgot our double cheeseburger and instead of two cokes they gave us one coke and the other was a dr pepper

The pull forward and wait system is the worst I have ever seen. They make you pull forward and wait in a spot every single time you come to this location. Then you’re stuck waiting AT LEAST 20 minutes in a spot every single time. Like whose idea was this? It’s horrible. Just have people wait at the window, instead of having 20 cars around the parking lot waiting for orders.

First off, why do you have 2 drive thru lanes if you can’t take turns getting people. We waited in the first lane and they got 3 people on the other lane and never answered us. So we pulled around and told them we just had a mobile order we needed. The lady apologized and pulled us up to spot 1 and said they’d bring it out. 10 minutes later we called in and said to make sure they bring out the drink, they go “Oh, sorry we don’t have the sweet tea but we’ll bring the food out soon, is there any other drink you want?” So… why not tell us you don’t have the sweet tea instead of making us wait 10 minutes and leave us hanging. So we go in after 10 more minutes and I recorded incase something happened. The manager finally noticed us and said hey, the guy who answered the phone and said he was gonna bring our stuff out finally came up and said “oh hey I was just going to bring this out to you guys!” And we told the manager what happened and asked if the mcchickens were in there. The guy(not the manager), and I quote said “I lost your mcchickens, I’m not gonna lie” what…???? The manager chimes in and goes “we gave you 20 chicken nuggets instead”.
So instead of offering to remake our mcchickens, you just gave us something we might not even want or like…
We said no we just want the mcchickens and then they finally offered to remake them. We asked if we had our kids meal and the guy said he lost that too!!! What the actual heck. So he finally pulled a kids meal out of no where and the fries were cold. I just didn’t care at that point and just wanted everything we ordered. They finally gave us our stuff but we were there at that McDonald’s just for some items for 40+ minutes. This is ridiculous. Also they claim they aren’t hiring and have no interview times available but are this short staffed during night. Okay sure…

So let’s just say they screwed up the whole order after me giving it at the window 2 times and then at the second window where you get your food I had 2 ask for 2 plain cheeseburgers for a child and the girl at the window was just the rudest person ever and I had to say don’t get an attitude with me it’s not my fault I didn’t take the order she replied back very rude and said I didn’t say it was your fault and needless to say when I got home nothing was right won’t be going back there

It’s rare that I receive great customer service at this McDonald’s location, but every time Devin is working, it’s a whole different experience. I frequent this location often for my children, and whenever Devin is there, my order is always fresh, hot, and correct. He’s always respectful and professional.
Honestly, I hate coming when he’s not working because that’s when my order tends to be wrong cold fries, hard cookies, you name it. Devin really stands out, and he deserves to be recognized for his excellent work ethic. I don’t know him personally, but young people like him need to be acknowledged and appreciated. Keep up the great work, Devin!

Update:5/19/2025. Just left here. Order completely WRONG like always. I'm so sick of this place. The health department needs to inspect this place. Fries cold, sweet tea taste like water, cookies burnt, asked for a double quarter pounder received a single. Ask for 3 $5 bags received 2 and told the lady (heavy set lady looks Latino argued me down about my order on and they didnt give me a receipt so I wasted $40

They need a new staff.
