We ordered through the app thinking it’d save us time, but the drive-thru had other plans. The line moved at glacial speed, and by the time someone spoke to us, I felt like I aged a little. I get it…night shifts aren’t easy, but this felt like the fries were still in the potato. Hope they work on speeding things up for a better experience

I just wanted to take the time out of my day to say thank you to Brandy an employee at the McDonald's in Spring Mills she ran the show and did it very well with a smile on her face and a great sense of what customer service is supposed to be keep up the good work!!!! And since she's doing everyone's job she might as well be promoted and given a hell of a raise also. If only higher up people recognized what a true blue amazing employee really was.. instead of promoting...

Over all it's ok. This is an average Mcdonalds. DO NOT go here 1st thing in the morning. They mess up my order every single time. Whether it's burnt or someone else's order. Late at night the fries are super old. On the plus side if you go during lunch through dinner everything is good. Just double check if you have a special order, check for staws, and if you ordered sauces make sure they are in the bag.
