Most unfriendly staff encountered tonight, walked in at 7:40pm on Sunday for a party of 8 to be told they were refusing to seat us due to closing at 9pm. Host (tall, thin, red head lady) said “there would be NO point in seating us by the time we ordered they’d be closed”. We are a large family, always dined at Martinsburg Outback after sports events late literally 30-40 min of closing and NEVER had this issue. Waitress was great! Food was another story... Both mine and my husband's steaks were tough, flavorless, and overall quality was very poor. Asperagas was mushy like it gets when it's from a can, Brussels were over charred and shrimp was tough to chew. Our breaded mushrooms were amazing and my strawberry lemonade was great!
