Ive been stationary in the drive through line for 10 minutes now and the line hasnt moved. It looks like there are only two employees working; its not their fault but whoever is the manager that made this schedule is seriously understaffing this restaurant

At onetime it was worth coming here for to-go food. Now your lucky enough if they serve you what your supposed to get. I ordered the bigger plate and paid for 2 up charge entrée and barely got half a spoonful of each each one! Very disappointing

It's always clean, the service is always fast and very friendly and the food is consistently great. If you're going to eat fast food in Martinsburg this is absolutely your best choice.

The drive thru girl really ruined the entire experience for me. It was my first time here and she was rude and pushy

Great location, wasn't too busy either. Food was really fresh and staff was friendly. Definitely a solid location to get your chinese fix. Prices are really fair here and portions are good. Bejing Beef is a go to, can't go wrong with that sweet heat combo. Orange Chicken had great flavor as well and was saucy. Will definitely be returning!

Clean place, food is great, no complaints! If you want something hot and fresh, ASK, and they’ll let you know the wait time on the next batch and accommodate with no issues.

My Chinese friend approved this place.
The food served at Panda is getting a lot better than before. It is getting very close to the authentic Chinese food.
By the way, the owner / founder is actually from Taiwan not China (a democratic country)

My wife, Karla, has always had a fondness for the flavorful dishes from Panda Express, so she decided to place a mobile order through their app. After browsing the menu and selecting her favorites, she placed the order on her phone. About 20 minutes later, we arrived at the restaurant, eagerly anticipating our meal.

Upon entering, I noticed the drive-thru was particularly busy, and oddly enough, there was quite a long line at the counter as well. Despite having ordered ahead, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes inside for our order to be prepared. While this delay could have been frustrating, the inviting aroma of sizzling woks and the cheerful bustle of customers created a pleasant atmosphere.

When we finally received our order, I was pleased to see that everything we had chosen was packed neatly and looked absolutely delicious. The staff members were friendly and greeted everyone with warm smiles, which added to the overall positive experience.

After devouring our meal, we both agreed that the food was well worth the wait, and we’ll definitely be returning to this location in the future. Next time, we plan to allow ourselves about 40 minutes from when we place our order to when we arrive, to help avoid any potential delays.

However, one thing to consider is the timing of your arrival. If you arrive too late, your food could risk becoming cold, but if you show up too early, you might find yourself waiting in the parking lot or dining room. On the bright side, if you do manage to time it right, your food will be fresh and hot when you finally get it!

The white dude that was making my bigger plate was shaking a spoon on me giving me half of scoop of Beijing chicken an orange chicken I had to tell him something I guess he didn't want to give me my right do portions because I didn't look like him.

Nice big Panda Express restaurant. Fried rice and noodles are rice. Portion is reasonable. Orange chicken is really good. String beans and chicken breast really uses real fresh chicken breast. It also has onions. Very tasty. The servers are very friendly and helpful. She helps me to get my bonus small plate bar code working.

This is their terriaki chicken. When I called to complain to the store after getting home to see this, they said “oh, you have to ask for the terriaki sauce. Ummm what?! Then it isn’t terriaki chicken, it’s grilled chicken until you “add” the sauce. What a rip off. Do better panda?
