So I ordered a chicken soup with a bread bowl through the door dash app. When it got delivered, it didn’t have the bread bowl. I called the store and the manager, Elizabeth told me there was nothing she could do and that I would have to contact door dash to resolve their mistake. The receipt clearly says bread bowl that is on the bag and mind you I am an operating room nurse that is finally able to sit down and eat for the first time in over 8 hours and I only get 30 minutes to eat so needless to say even if I did all of that my lunch is squandered anyway. I don’t understand how my dasher couldn’t just go back and pick up a bread bowl since I literally paid for it and have the receipt for proof! So beware from ordering from this Panera. I’ve ordered this from other Panera locations and never had this problem until this one.

Most of the employees here are friendly, and the service is fine. However, the place has a terrible smell. When I took my food out, it smelled so bad that I couldn’t eat it, even 15 minutes later and ended up throwing it away. I’m not sure what the smell is, but it’s something like animal feces (I’m sorry to be blunt, but that’s what it reminded me of). It was really off-putting.

The customer service was great! I actually stopped going to this one due to people who make the food. Panera is not a cheap place for lunch or dinner. So I would expect my order to be basically perfect. Every time I go here I order the same thing. I like the southwest chicken salad. They always seem to mess up how I like my salad to be. It’s like when you ask for extra they don’t want to give it to you. And when you ask for something to be taken off they can’t read!!! It’s really frustrating when I have to relook at my order every time before leaving that place. Something has to be done about this!! WE PAY GOOD MONEY TO EAT GOOD.

The food was really good, and the cashier was helpful in recommending the best options based on our tastes. The coffee was incredible—one of the best I've ever had! I highly recommend this place for breakfast sandwiches. The only downside is that it’s a bit on the pricier side, but definitely worth it for the quality.

Panera Bread is a great place to stop by and have a decent meal. Their soup and sandwich meals are filling and reasonably priced. The best part is that you can mix and match these combo-meals. You can even get chili in a bread bowl. Mmmmmm. That is one of my favorites. I definitely recommend stopping in for a meal. I also like the fact that they have a modern fireplace that provides a little heat on chilly days. 👍👍👍
