Worthless meal. Why would you put mostly broth and cold bread and serve that for the shareable size of chicken noodle (should feed 4 people). Do not patronize this establishment if you want anything besides cold(frozen maybe it thawed by the time I got home) bread or just broth.

This is the slowest location around you.Look inside and you see 50 people behind the counter.But it takes you forever for your food to get prepared.

How is the easiest job making bagels. You burn half of the order. It’s not that hard to cook bagels.

I went to grab lunch for a co worker and I and pre ordered, I ordered for drive thru but ended up walking inside to grab it. I told Susie the worker what happened and she went to grab my food, well apparently her manger yelled at her for leaving the front even though she was helping a customer. So Susie came back and was very upset/angry as I would be too and projected that on to me. I asked her if she wanted me to clear things up with the manager and I am sorry that she was yelled at for helping me. I think the manger should do better when speaking to employees especially if they are helping a customer..

They offered my daughter a job and then ghosted her. Every time she called for an update, they made excuses but kept insisting she had the job. Doesn’t seem very professional. This would have been my daughter’s first job too and she was very excited. Shame on you.

Not a clean restaurant for certain
Not a very fast place even though the food is basically instant.
There are some employees that are fairly nice, but there are many others who just either don't like people or I don't know how to hold a conversation.

So that's why I give this a low rating.
Many many homeless people are allowed to stay in there all day long and these their Vapes and whatever else they want to do.
That's not really conducive to good paying customers staying at the restaurant.
And compare to a restaurant that's owned by an individual, and I can think of several, the last days will attitude by employees that are preparing food is really undesirable.

You should want to be there. You should want to make the food look good. You should want to make it correctly and quickly if it's going out of drive-thru.

So Panera if you read this, those are my suggestions to you.
I worked in restaurants for 30 years.

There's a way to get good customers to stay there and to prepare food correctly even if it's semi instant. And there's a way to do good service and have a clean place.

Ordered Panera for Anthony and I tonight. Got down to the last few bites of my sandwich and bit down on something that had me holler out in pain. Felt like a rock! Pulled it out and it is a tiny black piece that is about the size of my pinky fingernail. My jaw is still hurting and I am SO thankful I didn’t break a tooth! That would have been awful right before vacation! I called Panera’s in Martinsburg and the manager apologized and offered to get me a “voucher for a free sandwich” and she is going to talk to the cook staff. Honestly i would have preferred a refund after that! She said it sounds like a piece of charcoal! WTH? Not happy and will not be returning to that Panera’s so I wont be needing thay free voucher. I like my food where it doesn’t break my face. Thanks ✌🏼

This drive through is terribly slow. I have sat in it for over 20 minutes multiple times for simple orders. And the workers just leave you sitting there and don’t say anything, or apologize for the wait.

Charged me the wrong amount. We ordered twi bowls of soup, broccoli and cheese. If you order two bowls you get a better price. I got charged for individual bowls, told them,. They told me nothing they could do. Got my sub very little on it at all. Went to have a seat, many tables were dirty
