Do better Papa John’s. Deliver a cold pizza and don’t want to do anything about it. We don’t order food to get it cold and gross. Manager was a rude woman who simply said “well it’s a 58 minute wait time. What do you want me to do about that?” Don’t worry we can take our business elsewhere.

Terrible ordering experience, placed a mobile order at 5 PM for a 6:30 PM pick up. Order hadn’t been touched by then and was told to wait another additional 25 minute wait. Came back around after waiting and was met with order no where to be seen. Complete incompetence and uncoordinated staff team.

Placed an order on Halloween and it took 3 hours to get to my house. I was given a free coupon for a medium cheese pizza. I went to go order it today and realized it was one day expired. They would not let me use the coupon or do anything to make up for my experience.

Placed an order at 4:30pm for a 6:00pm pickup. We have to drive quite a ways to ge there, but we love papa John’s pizza. My wife arrived at 6:00pm, and they told her it would be another HOUR. When she questioned them, they simply told her that’s how it is there it’s an every night thing. Like what??? That just flies?? She didn’t end up staying because what a waste of time. So she traveled all that way to return empty handed.

Showed up for for pick up order that app said was ready only for them to not have started my order yet. Horrible customer service, only came because they have gluten free pizza.
My order was placed online for pick up 40 mins before I arrived to the location to be told it was not ready . Then as I waited for my order I noticed the over crowded work area with no hair nets no gloves in the preparation area the manager at that time seemed irritated and was cursing about the phones ringing for orders . It was in complete Chaos . Very bad management if any . I will probably never go back to this location again feeling that cross contamination and poor cleaning conditions will my family and me sick .
