I swear they skimp on toppings whenever you use a 50% off code. I ask for extra sauce and EXTRA EXTRA cheese and there’s somehow still bare dry spots on the pizza. Threw that extra topping money right into the gutter. It’s not the first time either. I just don’t learn.

This has always been our go-to pizza place, but the last 6 months have been rough. We order maybe once every 8 weeks, so to have a bad experience every time says it isn't a one-off. I order spicy garlic sauce every time...but I've never gotten it. The dough at the middle of the pizza was undercooked more than once. The delivery has taken over 1.5 hours more than once. They send you a coupon for a free medium pizza to make up for it...but it expires a week or 2 later. Idk what happened but quality and service has really nosedived.

Congratulations! I didn't think it was possible to create a pizza worse than Little Caesars, but you did it! Delivery was routed to Door Dash - so it was an hour wait total (no fault of Door Dash), pizza was dry and barely eatable. Extra cheese - sure - just throw that money away now; there was barely ANY cheese anywhere. The boneless wings went in the garbage as soon as we took one bite - they really were that bad and I am not that picky, usually! I usually like Papa-J's but if this is how you are going to be, there are better pizza places in town.

Do better Papa John’s. Deliver a cold pizza and don’t want to do anything about it. We don’t order food to get it cold and gross. Manager was a rude woman who simply said “well it’s a 58 minute wait time. What do you want me to do about that?” Don’t worry we can take our business elsewhere.

Terrible ordering experience, placed a mobile order at 5 PM for a 6:30 PM pick up. Order hadn’t been touched by then and was told to wait another additional 25 minute wait. Came back around after waiting and was met with order no where to be seen. Complete incompetence and uncoordinated staff team.
Ordered one cheese and one pepperoni and bacon cheese sticks. Horrible. It was delivered and no sauce on my cheese pizza and food was not hot. I will not recommend this location

Placed an order on Halloween and it took 3 hours to get to my house. I was given a free coupon for a medium cheese pizza. I went to go order it today and realized it was one day expired. They would not let me use the coupon or do anything to make up for my experience.
