We went during the limited opening of restaurants in West Virginia. Just a few people dining in but Steak and Potato very good. For the present no longer a salad bar but a salad does come with the meal. Service excellent as well.

I have always liked Ruby Tuesday yet I must say it's all about the Management...here at this Ruby Tuesday there is a definite management challenge with the cooks...our burger was dry as all get out...like it was made in the morning and heated up to serve...UGH! We were very hungry as we had just done a rather long hike...very dissapointed...ate anyway cause we did not want to wait! Server was amazing! Not going back!

Waitress was absolutely amazing!!!! She was undoubtedly the best waitress Ive ever had in my 37 restaurant going years. Food was perfect. Salad bar was fresh and full different toppings. Drinks were never empty and they were tasty (i had the fruit teas with real fruit which was AMAZING). Ill go back any time.

No, just no ! Bad food, waiter and manager was rude. We had a problem with our food, waiter and manager were rude and blamed us on their mistake .

Seated near swinging kitchen door, lots of shouting and some foul language from the kitchen. My dining partner was served quickly while we were eating our salad bar plates. 15 minutes passed and mine didn't come. Finally waitress came back to check on us and didn't realize until I pointed out that I didn't have my entree yet. Apparently the ticket was lost. It came 10 minutes later and was decent. They did comp the entree but overall disappointing. We were on a 4 hour car trip and just passing through.

Excellent experience after bad experiences (separately) for both my husband and myself with Ruby Tuesday's in the past. We initially only went because of the couple's paint night but decided to stay and have dinner afterwards due to the excellent bartending of Alyssa and the entertaining singing of Darryl we overheard from the kitchen. We have now found our place! Friendly, efficient staff. Great service! Food was FANTASTIC! We will definitely make this our date night go-to destination!

Had the full rack of baby back ribs with hickory bourbon sauce. Very good flavor. Fall off the bone meat. Great service.

This place is surprisingly really good. We've lived here since 2011 and just tried this location this year. We've had bad experiences with another location. So we gave it a go because we had a free appetizer coupon. We've been back multiple times since. The food is good, what you'd expect from this type of restaurant. But I don't judge a restaurant on its food, I judge it on the service. The service here is amazing. We had one server who was having a bad day and therefore wasn't up to par, but everyone else has been top notch. If you're looking for typical food but amazing service Ruby Tuesday is the place.
