On multiple occasions, this location has kept me waiting longer than expected, despite the app indicating otherwise. I ordered two iced chai lattes at 4:14 PM, with a pickup time of 4:18 PM. When I arrived at 4:36 PM, my order was still not ready, and I had to wait even longer for it to be completed.
I remember when Starbucks was a place where you could study and relax with friends, but that’s no longer the case. The staff here are neither friendly nor apologetic for the delays. This has happened multiple times, which is why I intentionally ordered early. They weren’t even busy—there were only three cars in the drive-thru and one other person ahead of me.

Slowwww, the drive through here is a great place to sit if you want some time to ponder your life. Not sure why lines take so long at times that aren't busy

The wifi here is terrible. I was the only customer in the restaurant and I was only getting 5 Mbps. Steam told me it would take over two days to download my game at that rate.

Ordered through the app. Trenta black tea no water (ordered at multiple locations over the years). Received my drink and the cup was only 2/3 full (ice and tea) and this is the only time I have received this item this way, also taste is a little off like they didn't properly rinse the shaker cup out after the last drink. I won't be returning to this location.

If you order cold foam, don’t expect to get it from this Starbucks. Every time I come here I order my drink & add cold foam. And every time I do not get actual cold foam, it’s always just a little bit that’s barely enough to cover the ice. Any other Starbucks I go to actually gives you what you order & pay extra for. I’ve given up on this location.

This location consistently forgets about walk-in customers. I conistently order plain black coffee and have had to wait over 20 min in each instance to receive the order. In today's instance, the staff completely forgot about the order altogether.
This location has a never-ending stream of drive thru customers and they are the priority. The staff appears to work hard, but they are overwhelmed with drive thru orders. The coffe may be good, but the Foxcroft Starbucks is such a disappointment that I look for other alternatives that offer better service, regardless of whether or not the coffee itself is as good as Starbucks' brand.

came here to buy my sister a refresher, and the round face, brown hair, short girl was extremely rude. didn’t even greet us, was whispering couldn’t even heard her. what’s with the attitude? we as customers come here excited to enjoy our drinks, and have a good time. but people like her ruins it. Don’t know what happened to starbucks. disappointed.

Skimps the iced drinks like crazy!!!!! I always get them half full. Not to mention they admitted the owner has been changing recipes (reducing the amount of syrups, cream amount, etc.) When no other starbucks does this. So everytime I get an oatmilk espresso it is so dark colored they put barely any milk in it compared to others, it also tastes so bitter like straight up espresso with zero flavor and uts always only half full. This place SUCKS. They also take a lifetime just to get through the line. Much more worth it to go to the one in target where they actually make your drinks correctly and not selfishly
Employees decided to close 2 hours early. I noticed some recent bad reviews at this location. Not a good look.
My favorite location but seems to have staffing issues. The workers that are there are excellent!
