The outside looks like how I would imagine a Starbucks to look in a 3rd world country, but the inside is okay, if a bit small. The staff are wonderful and very friendly! Which just goes to show it's the inside that counts ?

The drive through allowed a car to sit at the window for 10 minutes while they made her 5 drinks. They should have had her pull out and they bring drinks too her!!!

Swung into the drive thru to grab coffee at 6:15am, we ordered two vanilla lattes. They tasted like hot milk, returned them inside to be re-made. The two servers were busy taking drive thru orders & both looked like they just rolled out of bed! The interior was filthy, with the counter surfaces visibly unclean, I felt like I had walked into a back room. The window server made the latte twice again, it was just as bad & their was a tinge of an attitude, like it was my fault. The servers were not relaxed, attentive, kind or caring in their work, it was just a quick production line. It was so dissapointing to see that up-close. She finally added an extra shot of coffee & it was at least a bit more like coffee but not the Starbucks experience I am farmiliar with. The milk was hot but totally flat. This was a bad start to our day. Please re-train your Baristas as drinking a hot coffee milk is not pleasant.

It always takes forever no matter what time you are there. So many employees and so much food and drinks. And no one wears gloves. Wow.

Service is always bad on a Friday night. Two ladies at the drive through goofing off with customers waiting while barista in the back is making all the drinks. Barista set drinks by the window instead of handing us the drinks. Waited an additional 5 minutes for drinks while girls scrolling on the phone realizes drinks are ready.

I just started going to Starbucks almost a year ago, and I would get the SAME drink over and over in the mornings. Right now, it's currently "out of season," and I hope it comes back VERY soon because I hate experiencing finding an Iced Coffee that I like. This starbucks can get VERY busy because it's in a very popular/busy area; but THIS Starbucks always delivers high expectations. I love that they open early in the mornings too.

I paid for a Lyft here to get two coffees and two cheese danishes, we went through the drive-thru. I ordered one thing for my 2 year old, a cake pop, and the young boy at the window with short brown hair forgot my toddlers only snack that I purchased and paid for. If you go through the drive-thru, CHECK YOUR ORDER and CHECK YOUR BAG before you pull away! Do not put any trust into these workers that are being paid to give us the orders that we work really hard to pay for for us adults and the little/few snacks out toddlers can ACTUALLY have when coming to Starbucks! Very sad! Won’t be returning to this Starbucks, will go to the one inside of Martin’s directly next door at 901 FoxCroft Avenue from here, forward.

It's coffee. There are places with selections of interesting coffees, Starbuck's was just convenient.

I'm not sure how to rate it as I was in line in the drive through for a good 10 minutes when I finally made it up to the entrance of the actual drive through and the young lady came out and put a closed sign with cones in front of my car. If I wouldn't have asked her what was going on, she would have walked back into Starbucks. So they closed because the bathroom overflowed. But if you used your app they would fulfill your order otherwise you were out of luck. I had to ask her to tell the 5 cars behind me so I could back out. So how do they fulfill the app orders but no others??? I think they wouldn't be able to do that either. SMH!

Always takes a long time even if there is no line. Order is often incorrect when we receive it. The quality control/order screen at the drive through has been 'broken' for six months.
