Nice Starbucks located inside of Target. Quick service and super convenient when shopping at this location! They have the best cake pops for kids here

Short, heavier, brunette girl mean mugged my baby for crying. Like his crying disturbed her whole world. This isn't the first time I've had an issue either. There is a trio of women who work here who act like they are in high school. Maybe that was the best time in there life but you're like 30 now, so chill. The other time I went in admittedly a bit late. (8:59pm when they close at 9:00pm) I would not have had a problem leaving if they politely explained that they closed in a minute, as all of us have worked food service and know it's not so fun. When I walked in a wannabe goth girl started to shout "Is it time?! Is it time yet?!!!" Right then I knew what she was shouting about as I've unfortunately had to work alongside people who act like doing there job is the worst thing ever. As I approached the counter, the same chubby girl as today was standing there and I asked "Do yall close soon?" In the NASTIEST tone I've heard from a fast food worker aside McDonalds she says "Yes. In one minute." As I start to leave a pregnant woman working there looks at me like I'm the one in the wrong for even stepping foot in Starbucks. It's just pitiful to see women act like little girls.

Just starting to think being rude is a recommendation for Starbucks employees.

I popped in after making my purchase at target. The cashier part was OK. He was fast and efficient being there was a long line. But when it was time to recieve my drink, I asked the girl making it was that my order? She stopped what she was doing and looked at me. Then I continued the conversation with stating what I ordered. She continued to look at me. I then asked for my drink that she finally finished and she said oh I thought you were telling me I was making it wrong. By this time I'm done with the attitude and just wanted me drink. I proceed to take it while saying thank you and I'm ignored. Like I get it, I'm stressed to buy customer service is something I expect. Or to be genuinely nice. I won't go back to that Starbucks. That ruined my experience there.

The staff when I visited was not friendly, one coffee took 20 minutes to make and there were not many people in the store. This was one of the worst Starbuck's I've been in.

The overweight girl with the super short hair was extremely rude. The food was out of the displays and it looked like she was cleaning so I asked if it was open. She didn’t even look at me and said “does it look like we’re open?” I stood there confused and she said “I’m making a drink arent I?” So I said “I didn’t know if you were making one for yourself or cleaning” she said “I’m not aloud to have drinks, target is too cheap” so I said “oh ok. Sorry I didn’t know that??” Then she asked what I would like and I just said “nothing, thank you” and walked away. I don’t understand why she was so rude but I didn’t think it was a stupid question to ask if they were open since the displays were all taken out. This isn’t the first time she has been nasty to customers and I don’t understand where the entitlement comes from.

The stand alone Starbucks at 925 Foxcroft is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. In the last four visits, three out of four contained items made with the wrong ingredients. I have had drinks spilled on my car. The drive thru is a complete mess and routinely makes you pull up and wait for over 20 minutes for ONE drink. Using the app versus ordering in person will yield the same results. Sloppy from top to bottom. Skip this one and try the one next door in Martins or the one inside the Target. No drive thru but way better experience.

We had gotten our drinks without an issue, I appreciate the barista being patient with us. Its just not a very inviting environment and can be awkward after you place your order, all of the other customers waiting for their orders stare right at you.

Drinks and staff are always awesome! Cleanliness of area and inconsistent hours are the main issues.

Typical Starbucks. Located inside Target so smaller and busier than stand alone stores.

I guess counting tips at the counter (it was obvious, she was digging through the tip jar) while a long line is forming is acceptable. Luckily someone came out from the back and I was able to complete my order. Perhaps a more private location or waiting until there is a lull in customers would be a more acceptable practice.
