Got 2 subs a drink each and 2 cookies in total , tell me why my sister got turkey and pepperoni they charged 3 dollars for it why at the regular one I go to only charges 99 cents for it they aren’t that far away from each other they are like 3-4 miles away from each other,I mean the food was okay but not that good for it to be 35 DOLLARS. Usually the one we go to is 22 dollars for what we just got.. that just shows this is a scam don’t try.

This place is the worst subway I have ever been at and nastiest food and people I have ever dealt with. They 2 guys that were working in there today 7/26/25 was beyond rude and I had to repeat every word that came out my mouth Not to mention when I walked in there was trash on all the tables and floors was sticky and disgusting like the lobby where customers would eat hasn’t been cleaned in months it looks like, they also tried charging me for THREE subs when they only made TWO so why charge me for Three definitely glad I caught the price before just paying because they were gonna double charge me. I only live 5 mins from this subway location I got 2 foot long steak subs both double toasted came home they both were ice cold there’s no way their toaster works if they were both ice cold within 5 mins of me coming from the store back to my house. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION AND I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THAT LOCATION AS WELL!

These people charge you for 2 sandwiches if you ask for double meat. It’s on the menu that it’s only a few dollars and no other subway does this. Didn’t feel like arguing because I’ll never be coming back.

I recently visited this Subway and noticed a huge change since the new owner took over. It’s honestly shocking to see how poorly they treat the staff. Staff seem terrified and uncomfortable, it’s clear the new owner has little to no respect for them. I witnessed several shocking interactions where the owner was rude, dismissive, and openly disgusted of the workers. I even witnessed the new owner screaming at one staff member. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such a toxic environment in what should be a positive workplace. I won’t be returning until there’s a change in leadership. The employees deserve better, and so do the customers.

I’ve been a regular at this Subway for a while, but after witnessing the way the owner treats the staff, I will never be coming back. It’s clear that the employees are under constant stress and fear, which is unacceptable. The owner was openly rude, condescending, and displayed an overall lack of respect for the hardworking employees. It’s disturbing to see someone in a leadership role act this way, and I can’t support a business that fosters such a toxic environment. The workers deserve far better than this, and it’s a shame that this location’s management is so unprofessional. I will not be coming back!!!!

I purchased online and got to the store and sub was not on their computer and never printed out but still show them on my phone the order was bought for their store and location they still would not make my sub I paid for and said that this happens all the time but to save receipt and take it up with the owners.So as a customer I have to give you my money right away for you're food but when you have to give a refund you made everyone wait forever or days on end to get their money back.no it's just bad service and reading the comments on here about all the other bad issues with coupons and bad food and me seeing the chairs put up for preclose at 6pm when you close at 9pm and a bad health inspection. just wow.i contacted corporate about it so good luck staying open we are never coming back.

THE OWNER WILL NOT TAKE PAPER COUPONS THAT ARE MAILED OUT IN MARTINSBURG. WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS SUBWAY - EVER! I'LL BE HARD PRESSED TO GO TO ANT SUBWAY EVER. I WILL GO TO KINGS AND GET A BETTER SUB WITH MORE MEAT AND THE FLOORS ARE NOT STICKY!

Just left this subway & was told they wouldn’t honor my coupon, The 12.99 for two footlongs ? I get these in the mail all the time & they definitely do honor them said they were only for online orders? I call bs. For two subs was literally $23 almost $24 that’s terrible. Not to mention picky with the toppings. Not getting my business anymore.

I come here once in a while for a quick dinner, it’s usually hit and miss with the food. Sometimes everything is good, sometimes the bread is beyond stale and the lettuce is brown. The employees are always polite though, Deryk and Gloria are nice.
