Asking Google maps- won't tell you it's located within a Walmart super center, in fact it won't show that Walmart is actually there on the map

The wait is atrocious at this location, they prioritize catering orders above other orders, staff is friendly-ish but the atmosphere is inexcusable. I much prefer the Hedgesville location.

Subway should be disgusted with the employees they hire and trust. If they keep that smart*** Nathan working there, they won’t have business for long. You shouldn’t be rolling your eyes at customers when asked to put ranch on a sub. If asking for ranch offended him, I suggest he gets another job. Scowling at people won’t get him far in the job market.

Very bad service. We are vegetarians with eight in the group, and their hygiene is not maintained at all. We use the same gloves on vegetarian customers after informing them we are allergic to meat, but they do not care about it and argue with us. This is the way we are making no American cheese available, so ask them to put shredded cheese that is also full of meat inside or request staff take another bowl of cheese, but they deny honestly that they don’t need any business, or this is the way they are taking care of all. Customer, I am done with the subway location and will never go back.

My parents and I stopped here to get a late dinner last night. The employee Nathan was working and he was arrogant. We wanted several toppings on our subs including black olives, pickles, and banana peppers but Nathan refused to get anymore from the back since there was none out in the trays for him to use. He stated “I don’t have time to do that, take it or leave it.” After rolling his eyes some more, he did go and get the toppings. My dad asked him if the attitude was necessary, and Nathan threatened to toss our subs in the trash and told us to “get out if you don’t like it.” Unreal. This has always been one of the best Subway’s nearby, both for the food and service. Nathan was either having a poor day or has some anger issues.

Employees act as though they don't want to be there. Certain bread is hardly available. Different Employees do Different things ie...some will toast just the meat and cheese and some insist they have to do the whole sandwich.

AMAZING!! We walked up and got quick service. The lady was very amazing and kind. I don’t know her name but she had blonde hair in a ponytail.She put the correct amount of toppings on the sub that you actually pay for. Most places just throw it on there and give you very little and not the amount you’re actually supposed to get. She actually seemed to care about customers and made sure we would enjoy our subs.

First and last time I will use this Subway. We ordered over $60 worth of food online including an $8 tip, we did not receive what we ordered. When I called the store, I was told there was no manager on duty untill Monday ( I called Friday). They told me the reason why my order was messed up was because they ran out of bread and they were extremely. When asked why they didn't call and give me the option of canceling, the phone was passed to another individual who wanted to know what my problem was.
Vegetarian options: We ordered and paid extra for avocado. None of the subs had it on it. Instead we got cucumber which we said we did not want
By far the worst customer service I have experienced from any Subway. The place says it us open I go in and the employee rudely dismisses me. 20 minutes later she grabs her food and drink and heads to the back although she sees me here waiting. I am definitely calling corporate.
Everytime I try to order food...they are busy cleaning and never acknowledge that I am standing there. Waited at least 5 minutes each time and it seems their cleaning tasks are more important than a customer. And they all move at a snail's pace like they could care less.
My experience here was great, Nathan was fast, efficient, and very friendly. Food was fresh. Will definitely be visiting again.
