The eel hand roll had a LOT of eel in it. They are all large. The soft shell crab is a whole crab. The kani salad is huge and sits well for leftovers. Excellent food and big portions make it quite affordable. Definitively go and try.

This is one of my favorite take out options in Martinsburg. It’s easy to order online and my food is always ready when I get there. Our go to is always the hibachi meals, crab Rangoon, and the yum yum sushi roll. The food is great and service is always quick.

Friendly staff... Beyond that, not much to offer. Standard sushi/habachi menu with nothing to drink but water and fountain soda. No coffee or tea and no juice for kids. Tried the sushi, hibachi steak/shrimp, and chicken pad thai. The sushi was bland but tolerable, everything else was oily and had a burnt taste to it making it hard to enjoy. The chicken in the pad thai was the worst part, processed and spongy. Overall, uninspired and in desperate need of overhaul.

Great food. Great service. Relaxing, peaceful atmosphere. Love it so much me and my husband go every other Friday. Better than kobe and Tokyo Japanese food. Less expensive than any other Japanese restaurant in the area.

I just ordered take out tonight & it was absolutely amazing! The best quality food around. I order take out from Sumo at least once or twice a month & we are never disappointed. My go to is always the Hibachi chicken & salmon with noodles and salad. The customer service is fantastic they are always very friendly & cook the food to perfection. Thanks again Sumo Fusion! I got the red curry chicken, it had too much fish sauce but was ok. I also got fried rice and spring rolls which we're good. Overall the best thing was the salad with peanut sauce. I will go back to try other dishes. Service was great and the establishment was clean.
