Great atmosphere!!! Tongue-a-licious!!!

7/16/2025 5:17pm. Not sure which employee(s) work that shift but the laziness is almost contagious. I drove across town to this store, frequenting it as I always do. There was a huge puddle in front of the machines with just a wet sign in the middle. When I asked the employee about a specific item being refilled because it was empty, she simply just said they were out. Please do better, hiring!!

I rate this a 4 stars bc the cookies n crème flavor doesn't have that much flavor but besides that everything was amazing!

The bar was messy, then the workers put the spilled back into the pans to be served. The bathroom was ATROCIOUS. it's way overpriced, and dirty

I had to review because of the review I just read. I was actually in store when I witnessed this interaction. The man asked a question, the girl answered. He mumbled as he walked away and just continued to be rude and entitled for no reason. So while he may have some life issues going on, I'm giving 5 star because the employees didn't do anything wrong in my opinion

I've been going here since it opened and yes its always dirty but I overlook it for my kids but last night a young lady named dalanie, was so rude to my 10 yo son, and myself because she couldn't be bothered with question because it interrupted her phone call or music or whatever she had going on in her ear buds, we have gone here since it opened and this condescending little tween absolutely is the reason we will never go back, the floor was a mess the tables were all dirty, I can imagine if the front dinning area looked like that what the back looks like. Thanks for nothing, try vetting your employee's alittle better, they are in there dealing with children, it's a damn same...

Twice now I’ve taken my family here and it’s a mess. The first time we ever came here was around 3pm and they were closed, despite the hours stating they should’ve been open. The second time I brought us here, it was filthy inside. About 1/3 of the machines were out of order, the toppings counter looked like someone picked it up and shook it real hard. The sprinkles container and whip cream were empty. When done, we waited a minute for someone to come check us out but nobody came out. I had to shout for someone several times before a young girl came out, still looking down at her phone. Management must’ve deserted this place long ago for it to get that way.

The atmosphere is okay if it were cleaner in there. It had a weird funky smell when we went in. As for the food, you can only get five stars because, let's be honest, you're putting what you want on it... the staff was friendly, they offer veteran discount. They have a tip jar for you for them, taking your money and you serving yourself and cleaning up after yourself. Bring your Credit Card and SSN to pay them for 2 malls bowls of desert🤣🤣🤣

Kids love coming here and getting frozen yogurt. They always have alot of different choices for ice cream and alot of toppings you can choose from. The place is always clean and the people who work there have always been kind and respectful.

First let me say this is the cleanest place! They have a ton of toppings and a great assortment of flavors. Highly impressed with this location, so much I've saved it in my Google Maps to find easily when we're on the area.

Yogurt was fantastic. Usually hard to find the original tart flavor. Was so good we visited 3 evenings in a row while in the area. Plenty of toppings to choose from.

I haven't had Sweet Frog in about 3 years. My son decided to treat me to it today. It was absolutely disgusting in there. It looked like the whole place hadn't been cleaned in days. NONE of the tables or chairs were clean. The floors had trash on them, toppings all over the floor & could tell people had been stepping on them. There was melted yogurt on the floor. The trash was overflowing. We were the only ones in there, so I don't understand why the employee couldn't come out to clean the dining area. I was very disappointed. The employee was hiding in the back the entire time.
