Not one person can read a screen, you ask for packets of sauce and you look in the bag to find NONE! The order was made wrong even though all you have to do is READ THE SCREEN

Went to the drive through window excited for the new mountain dew and they don't have any drinks besides unsweetened tea and some agua refreshers and I Asked for extra meat and was more lettuce and cheese then anything and I ordered 3 tacos no supreme just meat and cheese and still got lettuce one them they don't pay attention an for over $20 in 6 tacos and to be more of a salad then a taco is a waste at least my husband got to eat since they didn't listen to just extra meat an cheese for mine 100% don't waste your money here they don't ever have any new items or something is always wrong when new items come out

Ordered delivery only to have the driver drive off with my food while I stood at my open door. Taco Bell has no live service to rectify delivery issues, and my submissions to their support have been ignored. I'll have to wait for the transaction to fully post and dispute with my bank, which is an extremely absurd route to have to take for food service.

I had an extremely good experience here this evening. Everybody who work there seem to be enjoying themselves while still maintaining a very fast level of service. I felt welcomed when I came in and my food was fast, fresh and very tasty. If you are in Martinsburg this is definitely the Taco Bell you should be going to.
