The food was mediocre but the service was incredibly disappointing. They got one order wrong, brought us the wrong meal twice, a then one order was either lost or forgotten. Everyone at our table ended up eating basically at different times and one never got a full meal as we got tired of waiting.
Edit to add: we did get apologies and were told that it was the technology, but when a table that arrived at least 10 minutes after us was fully served while we were still waiting for some of our food it makes it hard to believe that its the system. We do appreciate that our drinks were comped, though given how badly our meal was messed up, it was the least they could done.

We had reservations at another restaurant for a birthday lunch at 1pm with a party of 13, as we were pulling into the parking lot the restaurant called and told us they couldn’t serve us because we had kids in our party. We showed up at Copper Still Pub at 12:50 and explained the situation. The waitress said “We would be happy to accommodate your party.” It was the best experience! The waitress, the food, the cleanliness, professionalism, 100% recommend! They didn’t have to step in where another restaurant let us down, but they did! And they went above and beyond our expectations! Thank you so much! We cannot say enough nice things about this place! We will be back, that’s for sure!!

My first time was a couple weeks ago. Wife and I went on a whim. Place looked pretty neat online. We were not let down. The food wasn't anything out of this world, but it was good. The service, though, was outstanding! Great atmosphere, friendly folks, with good food. We'll definitely be back.
