Was passing through & my wife decided we should stop & try Wingstop. I wasn't thrilled but went with it. (Disclaimer, born & raised in Buffalo, NY where we know wings! Go Bills!!) I really didn't expect much as I have tried other wingstops in different cities & they were just ok. But huge shout out to the cook at this location AUSTIN! This guy is awesome! Extremely pleasant and has a huge personality. My wife ordered Garlic parm & lemon pepper, I had the Cajun. Usually when we order wings we have to ask to have them well done/ fried hard so they won't be chewy. Hate chewy wings. We forgot to ask for it and didn't know what was coming. Austin comes out front and asked if we wanted to try the lemon pepper sauced up a lil different. Being skeptical of course we said no thankd. Austin brings out a few sauced the way he described and asked us to try it. We did and damnit it was good! When AUSTIN completed our order he bought it to our table. To my surprise the wings were cooked to PERFECTION, & OMG AUSTIN sauced the heck out of our wings!! These were the best wings I have had outside of Buffalo, NY! I had to call AUSTIN back to my table & acknowledge him. If I lived near this location I would call to see if Austin was cooking. I repeat his name several times because I want you all to remember AUSTIN. If you are near this place, stop & see AUSTIN I promise you will be glad you did. I hope the management knows the awesome employee they have. This guy can cook some wings!! They better hope he doesn't open his own or some bar hires him away. Austin you alone have changed my mind about wingstop. Whenever I pass through this will be my stop. Folks go see Austin. Hats off to you sir!

Never disappoints... excellent flavors, always hot when delivered. Will keep visiting this establishment as long as they're open

I stopped at Wingstop #1298 in Martinsburg, West Virginia. This was my first ever visit to a WingStop. WingStop has a vast selection of different flavor wings, boneless or classic with bone. The flavors go from mild to hot or plain. The employees were friendly and extremely helpful. The wings are cooked to order so there may be a wait up to thirty minutes. The Manager of this WingStop was working. She had a super personality and patience to explain all the available options. WingStop is an excellent place to eat for those who have a shellfish allergy.

I placed a huge order earlier today, drove 20 min home to find that it was missing all the veggies and all the dressings. I should’ve counted each of the 100 wings to be sure.

loved cajun flavored wings!

If you can't get orders correctly don't seal your bags for customers. Disappointed about how they handled me asking for a refund of the missing items. Feels like robbery. They'll easily take your money but if they f*** up don't expect to get your money back.

Melissa is absolutely amazing, she always so helpful and friendly. She assures our wings and sides are fresh and to our liking, every single time! Thanks Melissa!!!

Staff do not wear face mask during a pandemic and poor customer service and bad management. Food is not cooked properly

Will NEVER eat at this place again! Staff was great and very friendly but the wings were undercooked! Some of them might as well been completely raw. These were only a select few of the 15 we ordered!

We were driving through town and decided to place a carry out order (our only option due to COVID-19) since we had never eaten at a Wing Stop. We used the online app, which was user friendly. The order confirmation said our order would be ready in 16-20 minutes. Approximately 15 minutes later I walked in and they were packaging up our order. They almost forgot to place one of our items in the bag, but they stopped me before I walked out. We're frequent BWW goers and I will say that these boneless wings were probably better! The breading wasn't thick and the chicken was meaty, juicy white meat. I was surprised at the limited sauce flavors - approximately a dozen options. For this place to specialize in wings I would have expected a LARGE selection of sauce flavors. We tried 3 different flavors: hot, Cajun, and the hickory smoked BBQ. The sauces were good but there wasn't a huge difference between the flavor of the Hot and the Cajun, which was a bit disappointing. After dinner we both commented on how thirsty we were and how salty the sauces seemed to be. However, they were pretty good and I liked the fact that the breading wasn't thick. I've read other reviews about the poor attitudes and disinterest of the staff. While I didn't necessarily experience that (since I ordered and paid online) I will say that everyone behind the counter/in the kitchen seemed VERY young (high school age). No one was rude but it was VERY obvious that this was just a job to earn spending money. Overall, we were very satisfied with our food. I would order here again for a carry out order but I would still choose BWW for dine in because of the sports atmosphere and full bar

They were really nice! James checked on our family of 7 to be sure everything tasted alright. The cooks really were on their A game! Best service and wings!

Wings for any day of the week, holiday or sporting event, skip the "boring" buffalo style wings and come over to Wingstop. Employees are friendly and will remember the repeat customer, of whIch I am one! What's more, being on a low carb lifestyle they also carry the Coca-cola freestyle machine and if they are out of a flavor, ask them to replenish. You cannot beat mello-yello zero! My go to is bone in or traditional Cajun, or Louisiana rub or old bay! Buy extra and microwave, don't forget the Blue cheese! Great place to just get some wings, and a lot faster than the place across the street!

This is my favorite Sunday and any other time I am off place to stop in and eat. Wings are great, the fries with seasoning on them are so good. The guys that are usually here have taken the time to get to know me and my order. That goes along way with me. Great place to eat. When you come to Wing Stop allow yourself 15 to 20 minutes after you order, these guys don't have wings sitting around, they make them fresh and hot!

I have to say bravo. When you want to eat take out from a wing joint as opposed to dining in at a Fancy restaurant you are doing something right.Food was delicious and cooked with care. James and his crew go above and beyond.Eating here is a real treat.I look forward to my visits and all future ones .Great job.

My boyfriend and I placed our order online because the last time we ordered at the store, it took a very long time for the order to be completed. It said the order would be ready in 16-21 minutes. We arrived at the store 18 minutes after placing the order and paid. Several minutes later, they started to process our order - we waited about 10 minutes. While the food was good (especially the lemon pepper wings - crispy and tasty), the employee taking payments had is pants halfway down his butt, exposing his underwear. On top of that, he was handling cash, then handling food without putting on gloves. EWWW. Because of the ICK factor and the consistent delays in processing orders, we are only giving one star.
