Great big, tasty cinnamon rolls! The waiting area needs some ventilation though.

Came in at 8 o’clock not busy, waited for my food for almost 20 minutes. Couple of guys got their food ahead of me. Guy ahead of me the order was revised and with errors and so I think that’s why they try to be nice to that person so they have prepared this order before mine.

Tonight was our 1st time trying your establishment. I have to say food and milkshake were great. The service..not so much. The two ladies working were so rude! They never acknowledged us when we came in and not in the 10 min. We stood there. Asked man in front of us if he had been helped...he said no and walked out. Neither one of the workers said hello or welcome and we will be right with you. The one lady walked up to register and still didn't say hello just looked at us. We will never come back. Your employees can make or break you. Both of these ladies should not be in customer service period!!!

Staff was friendly, kitchen was very unorganized every person was running around and sitting objects (spoons, lids, jars, Togo boxes) down anywhere it looked a bit like a tornado had come through. Prices are fair portions are huge, the food is very run of the mill standard breakfast food no exciting flavors or anything. The soda machine was out of cO2 and the soda was just syrupy water. We figured we’d give it a try, but we won’t be back.

We drove by this place several times and I was intriqued; it looks like a re-purposed ice cream stand! We finally went in and it knocked our socks off! Gigantic cinnamon rolls; delicious; icing on the side. We also got a chicken/waffles sandwich which was HUGE and came with a side of maple syrup for dipping. Also, a sausage/egg/cheese biscuit sandwich. While you can eat at the counter, it's pretty much a carryout place. Everything was amazing! The service was very friendly and inviting; we're fans and will be back!

Fairly decent concept to the place but not near as good as the potential. I ordered a cinnamon pretzel a few times here. First time in was very confusing and the menu wasn't laid out well at all. Thought breakfast was over and ordered a pretzel instead of cinnamon rolls only to have the person behind me order one. Second time in I asked for extra butter on my pretzel only to find out they use spray pam instead to hold the sparse but of cinnamon and sugar. Great quantity for sure but no flavor at all

The quality is getting worse and worse each time I go. The cinnamon rolls were great and now there just blah with no love. They also took away the specialty coffee selections. My cinnamon roll tasted like burnt toast and I left smelling like it also :( very disappointed compared to previous experiences I've had.

My husband and I came in. No one greeted or acknowledged us. We stood in front of the counter for 15 minutes. Despite there being three employees working feet in front of us, no one spoke to us. The only orders being prepared were for online customers. The only people they spoke to were delivery drivers. No one apologized or explained what was going on. We got tired of waiting and angry at the continued rude treatment so we left.

For remote location in the middle of nowhere, this place blows away most other establishments I've been to, including crumbl cookie, sweet frog, their chocolate milk shake far surpasses any chick fila, and dairy Queen, if you have a sweet tooth come to this place

Ordered from DoorDash and the sausage gravy was sour . So that means the milk was probably old . Or it’s old sausage gravy. The cheese sauce and the gourmet hotdog was cold !! Freezing cold . I wanted to give them a chance even with knowing the bad reputation the company has due to the owner being fatphobic but I was highly disappointed. And now my stomach hurts . I’m thinking the milk used the make the gravy was old . I’ll be contacting the health department today .

Everything here is amazing, but I come for the biscuits and gravy. I have been all across the US and this is the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had. The service couldn't be friendlier and the prices are extremely reasonable considering how large the portions are. Would totally recommend anybody to come try this wonderful establishment!

We’ve been to Twistedoughs numerous times for their great lunch and breakfast, but now that they have ice cream and shakes, we had to make the trip. We wanted to try the Orange dreamsicle ice cream but they were out. However, due to their above and beyond service, they whipped us up two dreamsicle milkshakes using the ingredients right on the spot. The milkshakes did not disappoint. We cannot wait to go back and try the black raspberry milkshake.

First time visiting today, they were out of cinnamon rolls which is one of their most popular items. I ended up getting a cinnamon sugar pretzel, portion is larger than I expected flavor was lacking cinnamon and what is supposed to be sugar ended being salt. I will be back to try them one more time. Overall customer service was pleasant.
