Absolutely disgusting bathroom that smelled God awful. I hate to think about how dirty it is behind the counter. I couldn’t even use the bathroom and I definitely would never eat here.

Anything but fast food. Drive thru can’t handle more than one customer at a time. They pull every car to a parking spot. Wait time could be anywhere from 15 minutes minimum to over 30 minutes. Regularly have a broken ice machine. Watched 2 vehicles request refund and talk to manager and employee didn’t know how to respond. Completely mismanaged. No apologies, no offer for wait time. Just try to avoid. This has happened on multiple occasions so it’s not a one time rant post.

Ordered a son of a baconator asked to sub pepper Jack cheese so I was given no cheese… Simple substitution.. smh
It's fast food, so of course expectations should be low. Sometimes you just want a baconator to kill the heart a little faster. That said, this is easily the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. And I'm from Philly. I ordered a baconator..... what I got was the burger equivalent of Hocus Pocus 2.

Ordered two cokes. After paying, I was handed two lukewarm cokes with no ice. Was told they had no ice. Drinks weren't even cold. No apology or refund.
