The cleanliness of this place is disgusting!! The bathroom had urine and feces everywhere toilet paper strung about there was no toilet paper in the dispenser. It was just hanging open and they keep the second bathroom locked for employees only because clearly they only clean that one.! They obviously had to tile the whole lobby so they could pressure wash it every once in a while because they're too lazy to clean! I would not eat here and if I ever have to use the restroom again, I'd rather urinate in the parking lot!!

Prompt service but the issue was several employees had no idea about the menu items at all. The Bacon Sandwich I ordered was incorrectly made as well sat for 5+ minutes on the counter as I waited for French fries because the drive through was considered more important, not the ACTUAL order in line for the fries The bathroom obviously doesn't matter to the management as far as cleanliness is concerned. Floor and tables not taken care of either. This was the third attempt at my favorite fast food place and I will NEVER spend my money here again. Horribly managed and unless you speak Spanish, good luck.

Tried ordering thru the drive through the staff member kept repeating the order wrong was asked to pull up the employee still had a different order than requested. I reordered she shut the window on me. I left. And tried calling the store nobody answered.

got an order for a burger wrong... Ordered 2 burgers, the same way. Both wrong first time, one wrong, one right the second. You have to do this type of crap on purpose. Ended up getting a refund for the second burger. Feel bad for the owner of this store. No way can it last. Unfortunate.

The service was very good and I received my food very fast but unfortunately the food was old and cold. I ordered a large spicy nugget meal with a fresh lemonade. The lemonade was very good but the fries were a small old and cold, the nuggets were old hard and cold. Very disappointing when it was around lunch time when I placed my drive up order.

Went through drive thru, and they were pretty quick. The order was accurate, and the quality was good for fast food. The store is much better with the remodel now.

I like this Wendy's, but sometimes they can be a hit or a miss. I understand we have off days, but most days are very good when I get food. The staff are nice and they do their best to get your order ready so that you can get moving.
