The food is not consistent. We were there a couple of days earlier and the food was good and hot. There on Sunday and the drink machine was out of ice and several of the sodas were flat. Chicken sandwich was not hot.

Customer service is horrific. We went through the drive-through. They didn’t give us one of our burgers and when we asked the attitude was horrific we had to prove that we didn’t get our burger and then the lady just handed it and slammed the door and we’re like thank you she just totally ignored us. They really should have better customer service and if their employees are having a bad day, you really shouldn’t take it out on your customers.

This store is definitely on the lower quality side. The customer service is fine, I've never had a bad day with service here, but it's never amazing. This store has the biggest tendency to leave stuff out of the order including sauces, smaller items, and so forth. It's also rather difficult to get in contact with them. I understand that it's difficult to answer the phone when it gets busy, however, it's a bit frustrating that you are expected to call if there's an issue with an order, which is understandable, but then there's issues with getting in contact with them. They're okay, but, there are better.

Waited 45 minutes for one crabby patty meal for my nephew.
I asked for a toy with the meal and they told me it’s not a kids meal? Also the store was practically empty. Finally the kid didn’t like the burger I’d call it a (shabby patty)
Sponge Bob would be ashamed!!
