It’s typically almost always a pretty amazing experience there, when my fam and I both, either eat in store or order out. They always make the correct orders, etc… so you cannot go wrong when going with this shop particularly!! They hit everything exactly, every single time.

I was driving back to NYC and needed some stomach fuel,Wendy was the perfect stop to fill up. This place has friendly workers and a clean restaurant inside and outside even the bathroom was clean. My meal was perfect to get back on the road. I would stop there again if am in the area.

Dear Wendy’s Customer Service,

I am writing to report an upsetting experience I had at one of your locations involving a manager’s behavior and a poorly handled order.

I visited your store to purchase three Frosties. One of them was prepared incorrectly. While I was waiting to receive my receipt to confirm what was entered, I noticed the order was already wrong. It became clear that the receipt printer had not been maintained properly, as I had to wait approximately eight minutes while what seemed like dozens of uncollected past receipts printed out before mine finally appeared.

The manager on duty — an older white gentleman — seemed more focused on proving that I had ordered incorrectly than resolving the situation. When the receipt finally printed, it only confirmed what I had already told him. Instead of addressing the mistake professionally, he sighed, turned around, made the Frosty incorrectly again, handed it to me without a word, mumbled something under his breath, and shut the service window in my face.

This behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I visit Wendy’s often, but this experience left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure that no other customer is treated this way.

I went through the drive thru to order salad. When I got home, the chicken was dried out to where I couldn’t eat all but three pieces out of what I’m guessing was a whole piece of chicken cut up. What happened to putting fresh chicken on the salads Wendy’s?

I ordered food and drove there to pick it up. I waited for 30 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have the order and never got it. I went home and contacted customer service and when they called they magically had the order. Why was the food not there when I was there 10 minutes after I ordered it and the app confirmed that it was received and acknowledged? I got frosties and they wanted me to come back an hour after they were supposedly sitting there the whole time, for what? For them to be melted? For me to drive there twice? I will never go back.

Absolutely disgusting, food isn’t even close to fresh and we ordered in store. Meat is dry, nuggets are cold, fries are stale. Ordered a Diet Coke with our meal and honestly I’m not sure what it is but it’s not a Diet Coke. Staff were pleasant enough but clearly they don’t care about the freshness of the food. Tossed it and grabbed Sheetz.

It’s going downhill quick. It’s always dirty when I go in the orders are never made correctly anymore. Fries have been served cold the last 3 times I’ve been there and they’re rude . Won’t be returning to this location
