Normally when we go to this location the food is always good but this time when we went there was no one there but us and we still waited 30 minutes for food and we ordered two large fries and only received one and the other fries were regular and I got the 10 piece lemon pepper wings and my boyfriend got bbq wings and some of the wings barely had sauce on it. The lemon pepper ones had no flavor it tasted like regular wings and all of that was 33 dollars do not waste your money on this location I don’t think I’ll be going back. Not to mention the people coming in 10-15 minutes after us got their food first.

Wings were Mid at best. All the wings were dry and overcooked I got: Garlic Parm, Lemon Pepper, Hawaiian, Cajun Buffalo, Korean BBQ, Mexican street spice.
The Garlic & Mexican had barely any flavor, I could see the spices on them, but they just tasted like plain, burnt wings. Lemon Pepper is usually one of my favorites, not today. Barely any seasoning on them, and dry and burnt tasting just like the Garlic and Mexican.
The Korean BBQ, Cajun Buffalo, and Hawaiian were better, but still lacking. Korean BBQ was supposed to be spicy, not at all. The Cajun Buffalo and Hawaiian were the most passable, the sauces covered up some of the dryness. I also got Fried corn (1 Cajun, 1 Mexican Street spice), it was the best thing I had overall. The Mexican corn still had barely any flavor like the wings, but the Cajun corn was very good. People always rave about the Ranch, it was decent, just tastes like Chili's ranch. The blue cheese was mediocre; I could see cheese chunks, but it tasted like ranch they just wafted blue cheese scent over.
For the $60 I spent, it was definitely not worth the price. Also, they wouldn't give me a receipt. Are they rationing paper?!? Cashier said I could take a picture of their copy, ridiculous. I just spent $60, you can't spare me ¢3 worth of receipt paper?
Update: I tried a different Wingstop near my work in MD. I don't know if it's because it's a new location, but the quality of food was better. Better, but still not very good. The wings were actually hot and moist this time, But just like this West Virginia location, the flavor was not there. The wings taste bland and the sauces taste bland. I've had all the flavors at this point, and the only three that actually have any real flavor to them are the Atomic, Cajun, and Spicy Korean Q. Still disappointing however, because each one claims to be very spicy and none are.
Don't believe the hype, America's Best Wings & Seafood is 10x better, but I haven't found any in WV so far.
Buffalo Wild Wings is less than a 1/4 mile away, just go there instead.

Man where do I begin... Today 6/25 at aprox. 10PM I picked up my order from WingStop, And might I say I was NOT EXPECTING what was about to happen. As soon as I entered the establishment I saw a lively room filled with happy people, when I walked up to the counter I was greeted by a very kind gentleman, I told him the name for my order and he quickly went and checked, It was ready and he handed it right to me. I started to drive home and of course had to eat some fries on the way home, as any smart person would. When I got home I finally got to open that beautiful box they call a wing carrier, and oh boy did it carry the wings. THESE WINGS ARE THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. They are super delicious and the texture is EXACTLY what you are looking for in a boneless wing. The value of the meal is unbeatable. 16.99 for 20 wings, A large fry, and 2 dips! That's more than enough for 2 people and to have leftovers. Whoever was working tonight deserves a major raise because these wings were out of this world amazing.

This was my first time ever eatting at Wingstop and wow was I impressed. I ordered take out and the food was fresh and delicious! I highly recommend the Mexican Street Spice seasoning as it was incredible. The wings weren't dry at all either which was a plus. Definitely will be back to try some additional flavors, this location was all around solid

Ordered wings. Card was charged but the order never went through and never got the wings. They said the order was pending and would be cancelled, now the money is missing from my account with no food. Service was terrible and didnt help resolve the issue in any way.

I'm a doordasher and this is the most disrespectful company I've ever seen they have accused me of stealing orders but yet to do their homework and check with doordash and see what the issue was just because a customers order is wrong when they receive it don't accuse the dash of stealing your company should be ashamed of themselves to let people work at your restaurant that shout out we can't give you orders because you stole three orders without ever contacting doordash to see what the problem was to see if the order was actually stolen or there was something else wrong I talked to the general manager general manager said I was good to pick up orders again the store employees don't even listen to the general manager how disrespectful can an employee be I do my job properly hey this is how you treat people you should be fired and put out there that you treat customers with disrespect

Im visiting from michigan and this was my first time trying wingstop. The food was delicious but the service and "friendlyness" of the staff was extremely lacking. They were rude, laughing and looking at my bf and talking smack to each other while OVER seasoning our corn. My bf said there was about 4 of them standing around the corn and each of them were seasoning it The corn was definitely over seasoned it was sooooooo salty that I couldn't take another bite of it. Our order was messed up twice, they forgot our BBQ wings that was for my bfs nephew and fries. So my bf went to pick them up. His nephew took a bite of the BBQ wings and said "this is too hot to eat" he only took a few bites of it so we thought it was regular BBQ sauce and didn't think nothing of it. I warmed up the wings later to eat and I took a bite of it and it was very spicy. I took another bite and it was definitely not BBQ. I let my bf try it and he said the same thing, he said that's mango habenero. I'm not sure how you mix mango habenero with BBQ. But this was definitely a very sad and frustrating first experience with Wing Stop. And honestly might be hesitant to get it again
