Im visiting from michigan and this was my first time trying wingstop. The food was delicious but the service and "friendlyness" of the staff was extremely lacking. They were rude, laughing and looking at my bf and talking smack to each other while OVER seasoning our corn. My bf said there was about 4 of them standing around the corn and each of them were seasoning it The corn was definitely over seasoned it was sooooooo salty that I couldn't take another bite of it. Our order was messed up twice, they forgot our BBQ wings that was for my bfs nephew and fries. So my bf went to pick them up. His nephew took a bite of the BBQ wings and said "this is too hot to eat" he only took a few bites of it so we thought it was regular BBQ sauce and didn't think nothing of it. I warmed up the wings later to eat and I took a bite of it and it was very spicy. I took another bite and it was definitely not BBQ. I let my bf try it and he said the same thing, he said that's mango habenero. I'm not sure how you mix mango habenero with BBQ. But this was definitely a very sad and frustrating first experience with Wing Stop. And honestly might be hesitant to get it again

Put in a delivery order was missing half my order all they offered was a refund they weren't even willing to remake order i don't recommend at all the staff was very off putting and customer service was not there priority
I ordered and other people behind me got their order after me and when asked they told me to wait my turn. The staff was not friendly and the guy working the register didn’t even know about the Tuesday 70 cent boneless wings and we weren’t allowed to get them.

We've ordered Wingstop through Doordash a couple of times, usually we're only missing the ranch dip or veggie sticks. This time our order was delivered with only 16 of the 24 wings we ordered and it was missing our ranch and veggie sticks. When we called Wingstop, the manager was very short and said "You'll have to take that up with Doordash.". He didn't even try to look for a box of 8 wings or any of the missing items that could have been sitting aside... we were very disappointed by his response. Nevertheless we contacted the dasher and were told we have to contact Wingstop as they are not able to open the bags to check for items. We then reported missing items to Doordash and had to get the Doordash credit. There was no option to get it refunded to the card. So we ultimately still paid the full price for missing items. Disappointed by the Wingstop customer service.

The service here is awful. Walked into place my order and it took almost 40 minutes to get my order. Seeing how the wings are flash fried ….I don’t understand why it took that long to get my order. The gentleman taking the orders seem to be unable to spell names correctly on the orders. The Soda machine was shooting soda all over the place and you were unable to get any drinks . They were trying to offer people a bottle beverage, but they only had just a few available. People were waiting 25 to 30 minutes for the order. The wings we received were drenched in oil and the seasoning on the fries tasted funny .The staff seem to be busy talking on phones and having conversations. Find another location!
