Food and service was excellent. Nice and warm and friendly
The new menu is horrible Both of us got the grandmas breakfast The sausage tasted weird and the French toast was just tasteless and horrible , the hash brown casserole was dry and potatoes weren’t cooked through. Definitely not the same food experience
We went to the Mineral Wells Cracker Barrel for dinner. Our server was Trenton. He done an excellent job 10/10. It was pretty busy but he didn't miss a beat. I had the country fried steak mashed potatoes and a salad. It was delicious. The mashed potatoes were a little off but good. 9/10. My husband got the rainbow trout baked potato and broccoli 10/10. Over all the place was very clean. Keep up the good work.

Waitress served me the wrong meal, after bringing half of it she comes back and tells me they are out of broccoli. I tell he to substitute okra. After bringing that she didn't bring the other part of my country combo. But she charged for it. I don't question the wait staff about discrepancies in my order for fear of food quality repercussions.

New menu is the bomb
we had 7 people only 15 min wait and waitress was very kind great food very accomendating. Excellent service.
We love Cracker Barrel. Melissa Malone was out server and did a wonderful job.
The food was old and cold.come on Cracker barrel y'all can do better than that.

Absolutely disgusting. Eggs were cold. Hashbrowns were straight out of the box.Biscuits were under cooked not even brown on the bottom. Ordered okra didn't get it until we were done.
Issue checking out. It took forever to get the pay at registers and issue with power outage
Curbside,The service manager would not talk to me. Said To put me on hold and they did
We were disappointed in the food. Ordered a blt that was just thrown together with very little limp lettuce. And 2 small slices of bacon. Our egg sandwich was good but the toast was not done enough. Diet coke was a bit flat.
In spite of mediocre food. The employees were friendly and did their jobs well.
Our waitress was awesome!! The chicken with mushrooms gravy and rice was delicious
