I bought 2 Thundering Herd biscuits. The sausage was cooked BLACK!! This Tudors for some reason cannot get their act together. II spent $15.00 for burnt to a crisp trash. Both sausage patties looked this way.
I have to say that Krislynn is the sweetest person I have had the honor of meeting in the drive through. She had the sweetest personality and was genuine in her customer service. She definitely goes above and beyond and deserves a raise! Thank you for creating an amazing experience.
Normally have no problem but went this morning and it was bad. There was one car at the speaker and then me. I sat there and had my window down and could hear that it took about 5 minutes for someone to take the order of that car. Then when it was my turn took another 5 minutes to order. Pull forward, pay and leave because I was now running late for an appointment. I had ordered a mountaineer and got NO hashbrown on the sandwich literally the only reason I get that one.
