Q I stop at this location on my trips from Ohio to NC. I usually get good service. Not this past Saturday in the afternoon. Customers ahead of me and three behind. Employees would not even acknowledge us. Family in front had two small children who were very tired of waiting. After 20 minutes I left.

Speakers weren't working so couldn't see menu. They also got our food wrong and the lid to baconator fries wasn't even on so it spilled in the bottom of the bag being handed to us
