I get off work late. Sometimes around 11 and have to show up late. Around 11:30-:11:45 and have had multiple experiences where I place a mobile order and show up and am told they are closed. If they close before midnight that’s fine, but they need to update their hours if they are going to close early because I could have stopped somewhere else

You can always tell when you are away from home. Drive thru don't take pride in there jobs not all of them just a few. One was very monotone in taking my order. You can tell it was a bother to take a order. When someone like myself says thank you they should acknowledge. I always say if you don't like your job find something else 💯

Try to overcharge. Signs all over advertising small frostee $1.00. Order 2 small chocolate frostees at drive thru. Pull up to window they ask for $4.24. I inquire about the $1.00 deal. Told "you have to ask for that". What ? How many people get robbed here cause they don't pay attention to what they are charged?
Ordered two Baconators, the bacon was absolutely terrible and not the usual Wendy's quality. This was during a road trip so I can't say if it's always bad or not.

They will charge u more for a sandwich cause they don't know how to bill it. I asked for 2 bacon double stacks. She charged for 2 burgers then added bacon for 2 dollars

Pitiful! It started with having to stand at the counter to order for quite a while, as there was no cashier until she sauntered out from the back. Then, no greeting, and NO smile, ever. Just, good ol' surly attitude. Sheesh.I ordered a #3 egg, bacon, and Swiss on a roll. Now Wendy's is like the Micky D's joint.....tiny, tiny sandwich. The bun shrunk, there was less than one piece of bacon, and the egg....WHAT??? It was the size of a quail egg! If I didn't know better, it was just half of an egg. I ended up throwing a good portion of the bread away (see the picture). Really pitiful how it's all about profits. Now, it's majorly less food and higher costs. It's time to scratch Wendy's off my list, just like McD's. No more. It's a waste. Save your money and try our local biscuit places. No mas for me.
