I ordered the Texas fajitas and they were amazing. The server was super friendly and we never waited for drinks. The restaurant is very clean with a pleasant atmosphere.

Good Tex-Mex food. Can’t quite put my finger on it but something’s missing in the ingredients. Kinda got spoiled living in South Texas and Mexico with the food but tasted just the same in Cali, NC and Ga. I don’t know. It’s different dishes. Don’t get me wrong they are good; just not really authentic or very tasty in my own opinion. You may not agree but that’s what makes it mine. Tortillas taste store bought and heated up and the salsa has no spice. Just kind of watered down tomato taste. Not much room to maneuver in a wheelchair. Narrow isles, tables too close together and no way to directly sit in place of a chair without blocking another table, chair or isle. Wheel chair accessible sidewalk and front door. Good drinks. I promise to get pictures if I happen to be taken by friends again. It’s kind of a place I wouldn’t voluntarily go spend money on if I did not care for it.Vegetarian options: Never read that section of the menu. I’m a carnivore ?Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible ramp to the sidewalk and front door. Other than that not very much room to maneuver in a wheelchair. Regardless of what you order, get you a side of the house made hot sauce. Amazing. Margaritas on point, and the food was delicious. Service was great even with a full restaurant. Attentive and kind. I will definitely be back.

5 stars all across the board, food was delicious, and our waiter was so sweet and patient. Although they were very busy, he never once got frustrated with our 8 month old. He even went out of his way to try and play with him, and made sure to keep everything especially the hot plates out of his reach we have never had a bad experience here, but our waiter really taking his time with us seeing how crazy kids can be was so precious to me. Will definitely be requesting Carlos for now on.Kid-friendliness: Our waiter was super patient and friendly with my 8 month old

I’ve ate at a lot of Mexican restaurants, El Jalisco beats all of them! always friendly staff, the food always comes out fast, and is hot & delicious!!! Definitely my favorite restaurant around!!

I have never had customer service the way that I had at this place!! They were just great!! The menu has a lot of options and soooo many different varieties I was really amazed by the whole experience!!
Super disappointed with my meal. The service is really good though. Ordered a shrimp dish and the main issue is that they didn't de-vein the shrimp. That just grossed me put so much that I couldn't eat them. It's OK if you don't mind yours that way.

I decided to stop in after the lunch rush to see how the food was. The service was very friendly and the food was brought out very quickly. I had the jumbo burrito with a side of coconut shrimp. The burrito was actually pretty good and the shrimp was middle of the road. A bit overcooked but ok as an appetizer. The restaurant was clean and the manager/owner was very friendly and personable. I would eat there again.
