It took a very long time to get the online order. We placed the order 5 min before we went in and had to wait another 10 minutes for cool food. No napkins, you have to request napkins and ketchup. You issued 8 napkins for 2 children and 2 adults. 3 pakets of ketchup were issued upon request.

This small McDonald's was packed on a holiday travel weekend. During the hour or so that we were there, cars continuously arrived to join the drive-thru line or park & enter the restaurant. The employees kept working and kept smiling despite the workload. The store was super clean. The manager did a great job ensuring everything ran smoothly with happy customers and employees keep pace with the workload. Our food was properly prepared and served at the right temperature in a very short time.

Stopped here this morning on our way out of town. The lady at the order speaker was rude to the point we didn't even order, just drove off. Rather drive further and find decent service. This was early morning.

Very bad attitude waited 15 minutes for food and drinks we were front of the line they worry more about the lazy people in drive thru rather than the ones who come in then they do not bring your food but rather yell your number and drop it on the counter and walk away very rude will not come back here
They redone this restaurant and put a wall in. No one was working the front, and the back can't see you. The woman brought my order out. Yelled my #, saw me walking towards her to pick it up. She sits the bag down and takes off towards the back. 6 or 7 mins later, she finally sees me still standing there. "Can I get some ketchup?" So my whole McDonald's experience was delayed because they don't wanna leave condiments out for you. For the love of God can someone please replace the nasty lid holder.

Almost first thing on a Sunday morning, every table was dirty. The restrooms were extremely dirty to the point that with what time of day it was it was obvious they had not been cleaned overnight. Had to remind them we needed drinks and wait additional time on them. No napkins or ketchup are in the common space or provided with the meal. This had to ask for them. Then only given four for a party of four. Was not provided syrup even though we order two meals that required it. Had to go back to the unmanned counter and try to flag someone down. It is like this every time at this location. It would go under if it wasn’t being one of the only options in a small town. I’ll you traveling through, don’t stop it worth the wait.

Can't rate the food as it was not provided by the time we gave up waiting.
Arrived and found the line for the drive thru wrapped around the building. We decided to park and go inside as there were very few cars in the parking lot. The lobby was packed! We ordered at a keyosk that wasn't able to print receipts, after about 5 minutes and employee emerged from the back and announced to the crowd that they are severely understaffed but back up just arrived and everyone would be served soon. 27 minutes later, only one person in the lobby had received their order - we walked out. Honestly, I don't know why we waited, I probably would not have eaten anything anyway. The establishment was filthy. Clearly understaffed. It looks like the floors had not been swept or washed in weeks. If this is the norm, this place should close. Just didn't feel safe for the staff or patrons.
