It took a very long time to get the online order. We placed the order 5 min before we went in and had to wait another 10 minutes for cool food. No napkins, you have to request napkins and ketchup. You issued 8 napkins for 2 children and 2 adults. 3 pakets of ketchup were issued upon request.
This small McDonald's was packed on a holiday travel weekend. During the hour or so that we were there, cars continuously arrived to join the drive-thru line or park & enter the restaurant. The employees kept working and kept smiling despite the workload. The store was super clean. The manager did a great job ensuring everything ran smoothly with happy customers and employees keep pace with the workload. Our food was properly prepared and served at the right temperature...
