If I could rate it 0 I would. This was the worst food I have ever had. It took 20 minutes for appetizers and 45 minutes for our food. I would have rather ate my money and it would have tasted better.

I showed up late, they were accommodating and the food was great — a spinach salad with generous portions. It’s a cool old building tho I feel they somehow underuse it. A bluegrass open mic kinda thing was happening, and one of the banjos killed.

I was a little hesitant about going here. We went several years ago and were very disappointed with the whole experience. We decided to give it another shot for a birthday dinner. We definitely were not disappointed this time!! The staff were super friendly and very attentive. And the food...FANTASTIC! I will be adding to my go-to places.

Very disappointed in the food for the amount I spent there. Food was cold and steak was not cooked to well done. Waitress did not act like she wanted to wait on us. We won't be back

Wonderful place to stop for lunch. Service is always attentive, food great and prices reasonable. For the price of burger King or McDonald's lunch, you can have a sit down meal in a rustic atmosphere reminiscent of Williamsburg . Great food, great service.

Parking: Parking located at rear of restaurant, down side street

Wheelchair accessibility: Access to dining room made easy via platform lift.

Wow, what a place! If you want to go back in time and dine in history with great food, this is the place. The rustic atmosphere is priceless and it is so awesome that the hotel/restaurant still operates today. With amazing live bluegrass music, fun karaoke nights, and great food, this place is a must do. The food is exceptional; do try the fried chicken…there’s none better. I’m a big fan of the locally-made moonshine options and the strawberry spinach salad. I do recommend getting a reservation for live music as they get filled up because this place is really great. I hope you enjoy as much as my husband and I do.
