Really disappointing. Food took 45 minutes to come despite the restaurant being half empty on a Friday evening. Food was mediocre despite fairly high prices. Won’t return. Table 9 is across the path and with lower prices, better food, and faster service

Definitely a hidden gem of Morgantown, food has been amazing every time I’ve came, I went to their Wine Pairing Dinner there a few months ago as well, one of the best dining experiences I’ve had since moving to Morgantown! Paris was my bartender this evening and he was extremely prompt in getting me drinks and even made a perfect recommendation for the Brandied Apple!

We went to 48 Donley for my Fiancé's birthday. The service we received from London and Montgomery was top notch. The cocktails were awesome, especially the Paloma I had. I had the filet entree, ordered medium and it was cooked to perfection. The fish special my fiance had was also incredible. Amazing place, highly recommend.

We made a reservation for our anniversary, showed up on time and was seated quickly. It took 20 minutes to even get someone to acknowledge us. Eventually a waitress came up and got our drink order, simply a coke and a lemon. Then 15 more minutes pass with that waitress and many other staff walking past our table, no one even looked at us. The restaurant wasn't terribly busy especially for a Friday night. We got up and left without ever getting the coke we ordered after being there for 30 minutes. Wish I could tell you how the food was, but we didn’t even get that far. Will. Not. Be. Back.

Worst place I’ve ever experienced. The service was horrible. The bartender had a horrible attitude, something I’ve also never experienced before. I would pick any other place In WVU to eat or have a drink.
Terrible place, save your money and save your time and go somewhere else. Bartender was incredibly rude and combative. Looking at previous reviews it is clear he is like this to many customers. I have never ever had such a negative experience at a restaurant before or been treated so poorly by staff!!!!

We had a reservation for an anniversary and were planning on having a nice dinner. Instead we sat for 15 minutes and no one came up to us. Then finally we flagged down a server who only took our drink order of a coke. 15 more minutes later we got up and left. As we got up the waitress said “Is everything okay?” after she still did not have our drinks in hand. I told her we had been waiting for over 25 minutes and she just gave a blank stare back. No other service staff noticed us either and we were sitting in the middle of the restaurant. Definitely won’t be returning.

We dined here on a Saturday evening, unusually dead according to our wonderful waitress. I had a glass of wine with the seabass entree, my husband had a whisky with his filet. Both meals were cooked exceptionally, however at the price point - I'd like to see a salad or soup included in the somewhat steep price point. Solid wine list, fully stocked bar, and friendly staff. We will definitely be making 48 Donley a part of our rotation.
