Applebee's Grill + Bar

We went to AppleBees for what was our favorite dessert Sizzling Blondie, it was very disappointing. It was served cold and dry. The waitress asked how it was. I had to be truthful. It was nothing like we have ever had. Yuck. We were with our granddaughter so we did not complain but we should have. Last time we make that mistake.

Pretty amazing for the price. Usually, Applebees is pretty average, but this experience was great. Our server, Sydney, was outstanding and took great care of our party of 9! The steaks were tender and flavorful and the salmon was perfect. Burgers were huge and piled with all the trimmings.

Absolutely delish lunch and very clean atmosphere, staff were very attentive and the restrooms were clean and attended to. We had the bourbon chicken and shrimp , salads and our company that was with us had a rack of ribs and complemented that they were delicious.

Kickass service by Cam & his team. Great, outgoing server and definitely added to our terrible night after a bad experience at another restaurant. Shoutout to Applebees for the stellar food and service. Such a clean and organized restaurant too. Highly recommend.

Four of us came to your establishment. Asked if we could set in bar area at high top so we could watch the game while we ate. The young guy said wait a minute. He went down and said something to the bartender and she gave a look up our way like it was the end of the world. Now never mind there was not one sole at the bar or anywhere else in that area. Three were discussing and couldn’t make a decision. It was clear they didn’t want to be bothered with us. So we looked at them and said never mind we will go somewhere else. (they missed out on a good tip.) Yep. That’s my last trip to your restaurant.

Management are some extremely rude people to deal with but the food is good.

Came in last night after the game. Place was busy. We got added to the wait list by the host who was very nice. We stood at the front and waited. As we were waiting there was a manager who was at the front helping with the wait list, we witnessed multiple times a male server being very nasty to the manager, about sitting him etc. The server we got he was amazing but to see the disrespect this other make server was giving to the manager was disrespectful and will most likely keep us from coming back to this establishment. It made for a very hostile atmosphere at the front of the establishment around the mounts of guest who were waiting to be seated.

Went here to hopefully watch the WVU game on October 25th (it was a home game so we assumed they'd play it). Apparently they did not have the proper channel to view and employees/customers who did have the capability to stream weren't allowed to on their TVs. Certainly a missed opportunity by this Applebee's considering it's a college town and the stadium is right across the street. We decided to leave and take our money next door. The bartender and waitresses were extremely professional during the visit though, so big props to them.

I had ordered 2 burgers for carside pickup and it said it would be ready by 8:06. We show up at 8:06 and call to let them know we were there. 30 minutes goes by and still nothing so we go in and it’s just sitting there and the place is empty. We get our food and go home and when I open my burger it’s in like 6 pieces. the patty was torn apart. the patty was also extremely dry when we had asked for it to be pink. The bun was rock solid like insanely hard. This was the worst experience ever. I will never return there and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible. Waiter could NOT get our bills straight. Billed one son for his families meals and his brother's families meals. Could not get bills correct even after refunding and rebilling. My husband's stake was very tuff. Waiter did keep our drinks full.They were not overly busy.

Eat here with my family for the first time.. waitress was amazing. Definitely going to request her any other time we go. Food was very delicious.
