Absolute worst food experience I have had in Morgantown. I booked a reservation while visiting my college student because I figured she hadn't had a steak since she started school. We arrive to this steakhouse where they did not have one single steak left for us to order! 95% of the menu is expensive steak cuts that I was super excited about. But I decided to not dwell on it so we just ordered other things. My hubby got a salmon burger that was 100% raw on the middle, I got the tempura shrimp bowl which tasted like frozen tiny ground pieces of shrimp fried in batter and it also had big chunks of imitation crab thrown in ( the crab was not in the description), and my daughter got a salad that she asked for no cheese but it came loaded with cheese. It was almost comical. We did get an app of ahi tuna that my daughter did love . The atmosphere is nice but doesn't make up for the total food disaster. Our waitress was awesome but she was so embarrassed. Such a shame...longhorns steakhouse would have been 100 times better and cheaper?

Getting our food took some time. Our sushi was great! My martini was ok. Everyone was very nice. Being from out of town it was nice to find a good meal in Morgantown. Not too many good places.

Unfortunately after we sat down they were out of several items from the wine to apps to steaks. Then the food was not done. The sushi app we asked for a couple times to come out well before the diners never came out. Server was doing as well as possible under the circumstances.

Don't. Just don't. We tried to order mozzarella sticks - they didn't have any. We tried to order a 10 oz. Filet Mignon - they only had a 6oz. We had a party of 6 - one person's meal didn't even come out until the others were halfway done. I sent my steak back twice and they still couldn't cook it to my preference. The wait staff was MIA. We had to go looking for someone twice. The place is a mess. Plenty of other places to go to in Morgantown.

Asked the host for a quiet table and he put us in the bar area. Asked to move to another spot and he seemed annoyed. Service was okay. Food is mediocre at best. Pretty disappointing.

I have eaten here many times and never had any issues. This time we waited over 1-1/2 hours to get our food. The medium rare filet was more than well done, the medium rare ribeye was nearly raw. We had to ask for steak knives. Some had sushi and said it was okay. Drink refills were hard to come by. Our waitress did her best considering the number of tables she was covering.

6 pm reservation on Saturday and restaurant was shall full when we arrived. Took 7 minutes for someone to come and ask us out drink order and it was obvious she was not a server. When we ordered an appetizer we were told that was the only thing we were out of that night. Ordered Cesar salad to start and it came with no cheese when asked if we could get cheese she said we are out of cheese too. Yipes Sushi was poorly done. Hamburgers came with two small Patties making us believe that they had run out of hand made ones and were going with frozen? Steak was tasty ... fries were cold. Took forever to get food and long periods between someone checking on us. No drink refills. This had been a go to place when we frequent MOTOWN.... Last time for us. Plenty of other places to eat that are staffed to serve and in their Prime.

Service was good, but the general upkeep of the restaurant has gone downhill. The bathrooms weren't clean, and sushi prep area didn't look clean either. Our food was fine, but many items on the menu and wine list weren't available on a Saturday night.

I had a reservation at Bartini for 9:00 pm on August 30th, and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Despite the reservation, my party and I stood at the hostess desk for 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Once we were finally seated, a very nice waitress approached us and, to our disbelief, informed us that there was an issue with the kitchen: orders were being sent back, but no food was coming out. She went so far as to say, "If I were you, I would leave and go somewhere else." This level of disorganization and lack of professionalism is unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone one that takes reservations. I am deeply disappointed with how poorly the situation was handled and will not be returning. Avoid this place if you want a reliable and pleasant dining experience

Worst experience. No lemonade. No iced tea. No buffalo chicken dip. Didn't have the bottle of wine we ordered. Took 45 min for one of our mixed drinks. Took 30 min for glass of wine to come out. After sitting for 2hrs, waitress finally told us they haven't even started cooking our meals. So we left. Wasn't the waitress fault but the restaurant clearly wasn't ready for the big weekend in Morgantown. People next to us had a steak come out cold an hour after ordering. They left.

filets were delicious. Server was not very personable or attentive. Used to love the feel of the restaurant. Now that they have remodeled and removed the booths, atmosphere feels more like a sports bar than the fine dining price being paid for the meal.

We had a drink and they were very good, and decided to get the burgers, not wanting a bigger type meal. They were phenomenal, perfectly cooked and seasoned. We had the chipotle sauce on the side (homemade) and quite spicy but tasty. Not sure how they prep the fries or sweet potato fries, but they were again outstanding, not needing any additional sauce or salt. There were many other items that sounded delicious, but we hit a home run on this, and didn’t break the bank. You don’t have to spend the high end here, and still get extremely good food and service. In fact, we haven’t had this good a burger since our Dad grilled 35 years ago!

Checked their opening hours multiple times throughout the day as we are new to the area. Planned our evening accordingly......went to dinner at 9 on a Saturday evening only to be told kitchen was closed but we could stay for drinks.....absolutely not....should have posted that somewhere....

Service was great everyone very attentive with serving food and refills. Maggie was helpful in decisions on food selections. Ribeye was great with incredible flavor. Honey salmon with the cheesy grits was an amazing flavor! Ambiance was nice even though it was early evening. Well definitely be back.

First time trying sushi here. Rice was under cooked. Brussels and onion side was a mushy mess. My wife as always enjoys the Kobe appetizer. Drinks were great. Our server was very nice and attentive.
