Tiny little shack, so I didn’t expect much but some filling food, but they’re going to be moving to next to 123 Pleasant St soon. This place has no business being as good as it is. Hands down the best brisket and close to the best jerk chicken I’ve ever had. Happened to be October, so they’re doing “Pumking brisket” right now. I just had to collapse into my seat with how good it was. The ghost mac was phenomenal too. The right amount of spice and a cheesy-sweet that was just spot on. We decided to try it randomly cuz we were in the mood for brisket and I was blown away. So tender, and the correct amount of fatty for a good brisket. Definitely will be going back.Add on: got the coconut rum cinnamon rolls… I literally said, “WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?!?!”Good lord this meal was practically a religious experience.
Was waiting to leave this review until I made my way through the whole menu, which I completed today. I can confidently say, there’s not a thing these guys make that gets below 5/5 stars.What sets this place apart? The effort. With BBQ, the time invested directly corresponds with the quality of the end product, and that’s no different here. You will not find better tasting or better valued food than what you get here. The food is consistently still too hot to eat when I get it all the way home. The sauces are quite literally some of the best I’ve had in my life. The deep and unique flavors in this food are just unreal. They put those styrofoam takeout containers to the absolute test because they are always packed to max capace. Customer service is also without a doubt the best in Morgantown!Coworkers ordered it months ago for lunch, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I’ve placed big orders every week now for almost 3 months, and in all that time, not a single item has skipped a beat. They HUSTLE at this place to bring you the best food and service they possibly can- and are as consistent as it gets. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!Menu highlights you shouldn’t miss:• Coconut rum cinnamon rolls• Carolina pork• Brisket (so worth the couple extra bucks)• Corn cakes• Honey BBQ, BC BBQ and Pineapple bourbon BBQ sauces are ELITE• Ribs were the last menu item I tried… don’t make the same mistake as me. In one word: amazing! We hired BC Mac to cater our wedding of 120 people. They were super easy to work with, and the food blew us away. Best brisket and Mac you can get in WV - seriously good! They were professional throughout, stayed late, and they helped us package up all the remaining food. My only regret is that I have only 5 stars to give these guys.

Food was tasteful and the service was fantastic! We always have lunch at the picnic table outside! Our favorites are the pulled pork sandwich and brisket sandwich with the peach bbq sauce with Mac, sweet potato, and apple butter cinnamon rolls to finish. Do not hesitate to stop by if you’re in Morgantown and want some good home cooking!

I’ll keep it short and sweet by saying it’s hard to find good food that is not chain or bar related, BUT I FOUND IT! Highly recommend, 2 thumbs up! Most importantly the energy of the staff was amazing, even offered to bring the order to my car. Oh and I got home and my food was still HOT for a 10 min drive . When friends visit I’ll be taking them here . Gosh guess it was too good to keep things short haha.
I hateeee to leave bad reviews, especially on food but my family and I spent $46 on 2 adults and 1 small child and it was absolutely BLAND.I got the bowl with rice and beans that tasted like it had no seasoning at all, I got the peach chipotle chicken that was dryer than heck and the greens were still very much hard. I took 4 bites to give it a chance and literally threw it away… my fiancé got the pork sandwhich with peach bbq sauce that was decent but wasn’t worth the money we spent and my son got a bowl as well which was a waste. He’s 2 and he spit it out… the place itself is very cute but I think there needs to definitely be more love and seasoning in the food especially if you’re charging that much.

Finally made it over here to try the bbq goodness-and really glad we did! The hubs and I shared a large bowl with mac and cheese as the base and pulled pork for the meat, coleslaw and crispy onions as toppers. It was yummy!!! We got the sauce on the side. All the sauces are house made. I forget which we got because the pork was so good I did not feel the need to sauce it. Hand cut fries were a little too salty for me. We also tried the ghost pepper mac and cheese as a side. It was too spicy for me but the hubs really enjoyed it. And FINALLY a place in town with creamy, cheesy and well seasoned mac and cheese! The corn cakes are also Delicious. Looking forward to going back and trying the other menu items.
First time! Barbecue, slaw and corn cakes were excellent! Service was great too. Very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back next time in Morgantown.

I had heard so much about this place & was so excited to try it- but was so disappointed. The rice tasted like it was solely seasoned with coriander, my brisket (which looked delectable) but half of the half pound was all fat & inedible. My boyfriends on the other hand- while seasoned perfectly, was incredibly tough and beef jerky like. We got both the regular and ghost pepper Mac- they were both bland and nothing of note. For how raved it is I was so disappointed to have spent $60 for only one remotely edible item.
