Good food, slow service, they have it opened up kinda like cracker barrel but more open. If I wanted to set around a bunch of people, I would go with my own group. Not sit among a bunch of people who I don't know. Not a very cozy atmosphere.

Worst carryout of ALL time !!!
Country fried steak was actually ok … but the mashed potatoes were at best … PASTE !!!
The biscuits could have been used by the Penguins for hockey pucks !!! There could not be eaten !
Then … the order was a carryout … why can’t you at least ask if a person could use plastic silverware ? Poor at best and I will be contacting corporate hq … Ridiculous !!!

The cashier acted like very nasty. The server wanted to talk with his fellow employees. It was the worst service i ever had at Bob Evans.

At the Morgantown, West Virginia location, the food was decent, but not great. They seemed a little shortstaffed…perhaps that was due to visiting the restaurant during the holidays. Their espresso drinks were delicious! Best part of the meal in my opinion!

Food isn't ever over the top good from these... my girlfriend and I have been to 2 of these in 2 different states and the food didn't impress at either... what is good is the staff and service... very kind and polite people working here...
Parking: Chicken fingers were rubbery... but the banana bread was good.
Kid-friendliness: High chairs available and was almost empty... probably a good place for a child...
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps at front and parking for handicap accessible entry.

We came by on a weekday night and were not even sure if the restaurant was open. The parking lot was terribly lit (aka dark) and even the large signs were not lighted. They were indeed open, so we sat down in the nearly deserted dinning room. Our closest neighbors were a broom and dust pan propped up on the table next to us, where they proceeded to remain until we left. That was strange and honestly should not have happened. Regardless, our server Sierra took very good care of us. She appeared to be the only server working and did a great job essentially running the entire room. She was attentive and made sure to stop by several times to ensure we were enjoying our meal. Thank you!! We will likely be back, just maybe not at night...
Parking: Not well lit at night.

Restaurantji Recommends
Food was reasonable and hot. We had it delivered to our hotel room, and the chicken soup was excellent.
Will definitely order again and absolutely recommend it.

The Farm House Feast from here was disgusting. Ruined my Christmas dinner. It took an hour for them The food is overly salty and disgusting. Thanks so much. 200+ dollars wasted.
