I personally would never return to eat here. A lot of the food came out cold. The food was edible but not worth the price it was ok at best. You're better off buying the microwaveable items Bob Evans sells in the grocery store. It took quite a while to get greeted after being sat. Some people waited a very long time at the stand to be acknowledged and then sat. It was not busy but they must be short staffed because the food took a very long time and yet still came out cold. The chicken tasted like rubber. The only good thing was the pancakes. The restroom smelled horrible like sewage. The staff was friendly and our waiter was nice. But overall I would not reccomend this place.

They were not very busy but our food sat on the warmer for quite some time. There were a number of servers just wondering around. We notice all the tables sat for quite a while before orders taken or food brought out. Our Food was barely warm. No soap in washrooms.

Came here on Thanksgiving day, tired after a long 16 hour drive from Florida... and our server Jessica was AMAZING! Despite the rush, she was attentive to our needs and was extremely friendly!

My friends son was treated like garbage on Veterans Day just because of the color of his skin. I guess they don't think tan skin people can be veterans. I will never visit this establishment again.
My waitress was Maddy and she had a very disgusting attitude. My whole table mind you three people ordered water had to ask for a re fill every single time. She barely spoke and only came to the table maybe 3 times one being to serve our food. The food was great but the service was absolutely horrible. Do better bob evans!

I had the turkey dinner and it was surprisingly good. I haven't eaten in the Bob Evans in probably 10 years so I wasn't sure what to expect. It didn't used to be very good but today it was pretty good and my service was excellent. My server was sweet and efficient
