We went for Sunday brunch for 3 No alcohol only a coffee and tea for drinks 3 breakfast entrees and with tip $109 bucks The food was not prepared right The fried items were not cooked all the way through So many items tasted like they were out of a box and not freshly prepared ( quiche, fried green tomato's, biscuits and gravy ) Overall not a place we will return to to expensive for what you got

They had a limited menu for Christmas Eve. Understandably. But not many options. I'm a pescatarian. No seafood options. I chose a lovely mushroom dish with pasta. They were out of it. That's poor management when it's such a limited menu. The waitress finally came back after what seemed a long time and offered me sides. Which I said yes to. No bread was served or offered which seemed odd. My son and husband both had steaks. They were good but felt the meals were over priced. No discount was given to me. No manager came to apologize. The plate of sides was $28. Excessive for the calamity that happened. Very disappointing for a Christmas Eve .

We went here for our celebration dinner for my son graduating from WVU. Excellent food and service. Every meal ordered was delicious and the ambience was fantastic. Our server was awesome, very attentive and obliged us by taking photos. It was a bit pricey, but the food and service made it a great experience!

The Thanksgiving buffet experience was disappointing due to several shortcomings. The limited options and exorbitant prices, primarily for what amounted to deli turkey and no other meat options, were not justified. Furthermore, the service charge of 20% was not disclosed until the bill was presented. The wait for drinks and refills was excessively long, and the plate clearing process was inefficient. Additionally, the servers’ lack of teamwork was evident and the majority of the staff unfriendly and unprofessional.

We attended their Thanksgiving buffet. First the staff was pleasant and our waitress was attentive removing plates and checking on us. I have worked in food service and as an event planner for large upscale events and I have to say the buffet was disappointing. First, they only had one meat option, turkey breast. No ham in site. I was told they would have an optional prime rib and steak carving station for an additional $60 on top of the $42 for just the turkey buffet. We were not asked if we wanted the beef option when we sat down and then saw a sign on a pillar at the buffet that the beef was not available till after 4pm. The buffet items were somewhat traditional, salad, mashed potatoes, runny gravy, cornbread dressing, diced root vegetables with kale, green been casserole, assorted rolls, broccoli cheddar soup and desserts. All the food was cold and dried out when we made our first two passes. As for the flavor, it was not anything worth the price. I had one spoonfull of everything and ended up only eating the vegetables and turkey. The turkey was okay but they acted like it was gold for they only gave one thin slice of turkey at a time. 🙄 I am sure they wanted you to fill up on the other food items but the turkey was the only half decent tasting thing on the whole buffet. I should say the spiced cranberry jam was tasty. The plates were dirty with bits of food stuck on them and people were stacking them to one side but they were not cleared quickly. Never would that be acceptable in any situation for a supposedly higher end restaurant. One final thing is they did not inform us that a 20% gratuity would be added to the check. I can understand if it is a large party but we were three people. I don't appreciate being held hostage for a tip when our waitress only did what was customary service.

The buffet was in the Mariott Inn lobby. It's a nice place and the service was good but that's where the positive ends. The food was just ok. The turkey was moist but the dressing and the "harvest vegetables" were dry and the dressing was crumbly. It resembled Stove Top Stuffing. The buffet itself was set up in a one-way u-shape which made it crowded with 10 people and certainly wasn't very easy to navigate with more than 10 bumping into each other. It was limited in variety and the desserts were tiny. The turky wasn't done in a timely manner and people we standing in line waiting for turkey while they held their plates, making their food get cold while they stood there. We paid $127 for one of the worst Thangiving experiences in our lives,. There should have been more variety and it should have been arranged and organized better. It was advertised that you could order Prime rib but when we went there at 3pm, they told us we couldn't order that until after 5pm. Terrible experience and we won't be going back.

This was our first time here and we were very pleased! Overall, the food options were excellent. Very flavorful. Some were not kept very warm and we questioned using tongs for dishes where spoons would have been preferable. We enjoyed our experience and hope to return.

Filet mignon was excellent. Cooked to requested temperature. Enjoyed appetizer and drinks as well. Timing of meal was off, as entrees came right after appetizer. Wouldn't hesitate to eat here again though!

The food portions were not what I expected. Very small portions for the cost. But our waitress was excellent.

Portions are too small. Service very slow and waitress disappeared on us throughout the meal. Drinks were especially slow to arrive.
