The food and drinks were excellent! Service was a bit slow, but it was not our server... seemed like a kitchen issue. We did wait about 30 minutes for our entrees to arrive at the table. At least the food was fresh and delicious when it got to us. I would definitely dine here again.

Wonderful meal in a beautiful setting. Our server was great! We had some business to discuss. The server delivered drinks and returned about every 5 - 10 minutes -- allowing us to chat before ordering food. We were most happy with the way it worked out. The food was fantastic. We enjoyed the steak that was prepared perfectly. Most cheerfully recommended spot!!!

I made the reservation a while ago because we have be to Bourbon Prime in Florida. The waiter, Michael, was great. Ordered a club soda and ice tea, both of which came with the meal. The brunch buffet consisted of carved ham, pasta, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, carrots, chicken, salad, cookies and carrot cake. Coffee was also included. For $32 this was a good price for all you can eat. Would I go back? Probably not to eat because the food was just ok. Nothing special about it. They have a nice bar so we may go back for that.

Sat at the bar for dinner , one other couple at the bar , bartenders are lazy , wouldn't make an espresso martini because it was to much effort....really? You're a prime steakhouse! No complaints on the food

We had an excellent meal. I had the chicken carbonara which was good with a local twist on the carbonara as described on the menu. My daughter had the brisket sliders which were great. The meat was tender and great tasting with a nice bbq sauce.

This restaurant had a really nice bar and drink menu. The bourbon selection was exceptional however a bit overpriced. The food was very good. Everyone's food was really good. The filet was cooked to perfection. The Salmon was great and had a nice Thai glaze. I would recommend this restaurant. The only complaint is the food is a little bit overpriced.

We had a reservation for 7pm and were not seated until 7:45 as the host told us they don't know how to anticipate when people might show up. We also didn't realize this restaurant is in the lobby of the hotel. Food was very flavorful though. Would not recommend going on a busy night.

They have some great dishes. I had been looking forward to indulging in brunch this past weekend. Super disappointed to learn there is no longer a brunch option upon arrival, after having reviewed the hours and menu options ahead of time in great anticipation. Definitely need to prioritize an updated website above all else.

We had the Thanksgiving buffet yesterday. We go out for Thankgiving dinner quite often. I would say it was the best turkey I have ever had, and I not big fan of turkey. From the mashed potatoes and gravy to the stuffing to the deserts everything was excellently prepared. Our server was also very good. Can't wait till next year.

The entire dinner was 2 hours. There was a huge delay in bringing the food out. A couple of the dinners were cold . Bread burned, Chicken over cooked. Overall a bad experience. In two hours small water glasses were refilled 2 times . 4 people had mixed drings one person got a refill but nobody else was asked and she ran off before anyone could catch her. Overall bad experience. We won't be back

We had an excellent server, Olivia. She was professional, has a great personality and was one of the best servers we ever had. We have dined at Bourbon Prime many times. This is the first time we were disappointed with the Chefs/kitchen. The dish my husband had(carbonara)had tasteful pasta, but the chicken was extraordinarily spicy and he could not eat it. My burger was tough and overdone. I requested some “pink” and it was well done. We know sometimes dishes aren't what we anticipate and kitchens are very busy. Although we are disappointed in our meal, we will return to Bourbon Prime and we know it will be delicious like we've experienced in the past. Olivia was exceptional and we like the atmosphere. We dine out a lot and we are not the type of diners that complain. We respect chefs and appreciate how hard they work to select the best products and be innovative. Thank you.
