My dinner was disappointing. I sat at the bar. The bartender had little to no personality and didn't engage with me at all during my dinner. The wine was good, but the salad and steak were decidedly poor -- old bacon bits for the wedge salad and soggy fries and tough meat for the main course. I won't be back.

Our service was very good and the server was very attentive! The food was slow coming out but that's ok, and the food was ok tasting- nothing great , but ok. But the atmostphere is lovely and the scenic look out on the river was beautiful! Very nice location and great that it's in the hotel!

The service was perfect. The food was fantastic. The cocktails were amazing (I recommend the house Old Fashioned). When we booked our reservation we had no idea the restaurant was located at a hotel. I only wish it was at our hotel;)

We have eaten here before and The experience and food was excellent. This time not at all. We all got steak and every one was chewy, not much flavor. Which I'm thinking is why they smoothered it with a mustard or spicy pesto? We couldn't tell what it was. Our waiter was very kind and service was good however he had no idea about the menu. He wasn't sure what, if anything came with the steak besides the onions that were listed. However the steak showed up on top of fries? They also either messed up the bar order or are unsure how to make Manhattan. My husband asked for Manhattan he received the “smokey” one on the cocktail menu. After that he asked again for just a classic manhattan and he was given straight bourbon with an ice cube. We won't go back.

We enjoyed another excellent dinner at BP with delicious food and outstanding service. The filets were perfectly cooked and the mashed potatoes were outstanding. We especially appreciated that the restaurant was quiet enough to allow for easy conversation and thanks to the host for accommodating our seating request. Our server surprised us with a birthday dessert, and we appreciated the thoughtfulness. We always dine here when we are in Morgantown.

The order of asparagus was 4 pieces for $6.00. Many other places in town much better food for the price and better selection.

Was told it's due to not having a GM. Then update the online menu please! Small food portions not worth the $$$. Go somewhere else that has better food for the price.

I have regular business meetings here, and our usual server is Mathias. He is always a pleasure to deal with and treats us like old friends. I'm always happy to see him when I walk in because I know our meeting will go well!
Total chaos, bad service waited for 30 minutes for a glass of water. A crowd had them melting down. Texas Roadhouse has a better steak, for the extremely high prices you expect better quality and service than what they are selling. And you are almost sitting in the hotel lobby eating dinner. Seems they depend on travelers in the hotel to take advantage of as they don’t want to leave the hotel to venture out. Enter at your own risk……

Our daughter was graduating from WVU and we knew dinner reservations were going to be difficult, so we deiced to do brunch. We were so glad we did; the restaurant wasn't crowed so we received the server's full attention. The young man was very accommodating and polite, the food was good, and the place was decorated beautifully.

Tried a couple of times to go to Burbon Prime, but just can’t seem to be able to. First time the lights wasn’t working part of the table area so had to leave. Then today after making a reservation earlier this week I get a call from them canceling my reservation because of people that reserved outside is taking my table because the wind is blowing harder than normal. So they didn’t want to eat inside, I did and now I get bumped. Also some BS excuse about open table reservations service overbooked, they should take their own reservations that wouldn’t happen. Good luck if you try, I never will again. From the reviews I’ve read they done me a favor!!

Then today after making a reservation earlier this week I get a call from them canceling my reservation because of people that reserved outside is taking my table because the wind is blowing harder than normal. So they didn’t want to eat inside, I did and now I get bumped. Also some BS excuse about open table reservations service overbooked, they should take their own reservations that wouldn’t happen. Good luck if you try, I never will again.

Very disappointing for a Mother’s Day buffet. There were 13 of us. My daughter and family left because there was nothing for kids to eat. You had 1 meat choice , and mushy vegetables ! Just horrible and this was 40.00 per person !!!
