Mediocre service at best. Food was extremely underwhelming. No better than going to a chain restaurant. A $200 bill for 2 people is ridiculous for this place. I'd recommend venturing out of the hotel. There was obviously a reason it was empty.

Chef Nate Meadows is the real deal. Ask for the chef’s recommendation for your ENTIRE MEAL. You will not be disappointed. Never had anything less than a 5⭐️ experience here.

We chose this restaurant based their online menu, and it was outdated. It was my husband's birthday and he'd been looking forward to his birthday meal for months. Then, he ordered sweet iced tea. He was served unsweetened tea with sugar packs. That was sent back. The meal was mediocre but our server was wonderful and attentive.
Took anything good they had off of the menu for valentines dinner made a special menu. Would not suggest anyone goes there. Our waiter was very nice and understanding when we said we were leaving due to the fact that nothing you had that was good was on the menu.
Appetizer on menu no longer available, served flat bread without pesto saying it had run out (didn't tell us before, it was the reason we ordered). Main dish came out with appetizer and was already cold. Dessert and cocktail were really good.

Spent over 350 dollars on a poor meal and birthday dinner for my family. Every course of food came out either late or together with the next course. Porkchop was very good, but everyone else’s dishes were sitting under a warmer too long. Appetizer took almost 30 minutes to hit our table and they were not even busy! Go figure. All night, we had to wait on our server to come to our table. Extremely poor service! Our desserts were a disaster, the server brought out 3 of 4 desserts, but not mine. After 20 minutes, I had to tell the bartender that I did not want it any longer. The server told us, that she had to wait for it to thaw!! Ewwwww. Unreal. When she brought out the bill, she slapped it on our table, and walked away. The manager apologized incessantly, but never offered to comp any of the bill. When we left, our appetizer and dirty dishes were still piled up on our table! Do not go here!

We were seated at a nice high top table. Service was extremely slow. We waited at least 15 mins for beverages and almost 30 minutes for an appetizer. Main course was served at about an hour. Server never cleared any plates and was slow all evening. Overall, the taste of food was good. We ordered desserts all around and all but one came out frozen. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for my dessert to come out. I informed server that I no longer wanted dessert, she stated that their desserts are frozen, and she had to wait for it to thaw? Nasty! When she brought the check, she slapped it on the table rudely and walked away. Apparently, most of their desserts are frozen, and not fresh. The manager apologized incessantly, but never offered to comp any of the 350 bill. Extremely disappointed, and will NEVER return!

The atmosphere was nice. The food good. Service was slow if you sat at a table. I was not the only person who felt that way. Over all it was "ok".
Our waiter forgot half of our order. He also was not personable and our exchanges were very awkward. Hopefully these are thing he can improve on. The way staff seemed annoyed that we had 8pm reservations.

Great food. The prime salads with oak barrel steak were especially well-prepared, and the French onion soup hit the spot on a cold night. Rob and Ali fix great drinks and Desiree was a super server.

This was my first time visiting Bourbon Prime and it did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly and attentive, the food was amazing, and the restaurant was very nice. I certainly plan on returning in the future!
