If you want ultimate nachos you might as well just ask for a bag of chips and 2 pepper slices. If you want traditional wings just order plan wings because there will be no sauce on them.

Can't rate or write anything about the food. I never got a chance. I came to the place right about 9:45pm order a drink ,thought I'd get some wings. Now the place closes at 11pm so why was I told kitchen was closed already? I've been to lots of BWW and this one in particular is the worst I've ever been to.

I've been to a lot of BWW and I review them against one another. I've been here a few times this year after moving back to WV and this one is one of the worst I've experienced. Consistently understaffed at the bar, slow food and beverage service, can't get a game on for over a whole quarter of football. Just unacceptable. I thought it was strange there are 2 BWW locations in a town the size of Morgantown, but save yourself the trouble and go to the one in Suncrest. I assume if they ever contract this one will go away.

Food is usually pretty good. Service was good... one time. Blasting music at noon doesn't make for an enjoyable lunch. Good Wings though!

Pretty busy today. Took a long time to get our food. It wasn't hot. It wasn't warm. A bit cold. Did not return it because it took sooooo long to get it. Didn't have the time. Hoping we don't get sick from food not at proper temperature. Disappointed to say the least. Expected better.

Order to go and waited over 30mins past the time the app said my food should have been done. When it finally came it was missing half the order. I wouldn't recommend it

Absolutely horrible! Way over cooked and can never ever get the order right

Stopped in on a Monday evening, wasn't at all busy. Service was unacceptably slow. One couple came is and sat at the bar for 5mins then left without getting served. Burger was overcooked & wings were not so great. I've been at this location a fews time & it's always the same. Where is management if this is the norm?

I ordered a party platter on short notice the manager Kristen was so great she went above and beyond. I called just a hour before closing and needed it 40 minutes after opening. Everything was perfect.

I appreciate that they fry their wings in beef tallow instead of soybean oil. That's hard to find these days!
