Buffalo Wild Wings

My brother, sister, a friend, and I went here for dinner last night. The company was the only good part of the experience. I gave the food 3 stars because mine was at least above room temperature, while everyone else’s food was cold, under sauced, or overcooked.
The server was so bad that I thought the person shadowing her was the trainer and observing her take her first few tables. There’s no way that girl was a WCT.
THE BAR WAS OUT OF BEER! That is unacceptable for any bar, let alone a Buffalo Wild Wings. They had a poor selection of bottles but no kegs on tap.
Management and staff didn’t know basic ordering vernacular and had to come ask us what something on our order meant that over ordered at numerous other Buffalo Wild Wings. And one of our party recognized the head manager sitting at the bar drinking while the restaurant was a total crap show.

This place is a 1/10 because a 1/5 is too high of a rating. UTC is slightly better, but still poor. This a college town and B-Dubs is missing the mark of being great here. Bring in some managers that care and can get these places straight. Right now, major fail. If they were corporate stores instead of franchise none of this would fly.

My sandwich and onion rings were cold. The "steak" and onions on the sandwich were burnt and dry. I asked for another corona lite and was brought a regular corona (they apparently only had like 5 beers in bottle bc all the taps were empty). The waitress was training a new person, but it seemed like she still needed to be trained. When I was in school at WVU, I went here often. It's been some years now, and this place sucks now.

straight up nasty and forgot my celery and carrots for both orders of wings, i pay extra for that so really not cool. asked for extra crispy bc i have issues with texture, i have arfid, and they came out cold as ice and soggy as all hell. i wish we had a wingstop because they’re soooo much better

I used to remember enjoying the chicken tenders there at least but it seems like they are not breaded right like just some frozen Tyson's from the store.

Our food came super later. They got my drink wrong and didn’t even listen to what i ordered and gave me the wrong food. We sat there for almost and hour for 2 things. And they where taking so long that the 3 thing I told them to make it to go. And even that to go oder they got wrong. Worst experience I have ever had very dry energy too. Don’t go here. It’s a waste of time. Also they weren’t even busy at all

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings in West Virginia. Service is awful, takes forever to be seated and served. Food is also mid.

Very slow service both times I’ve been though there was very minimal customers. Waited at the host desk for nearly 10 minutes and never saw my waiter after being seated. After 20 minutes my party left as the customer line continued to back up at the doors because there was no one to seat them.

Food arrived before drinks... wings were tiny and expensive..... nachos were cold and were skimpy on toppings.

Waited at the desk for 5 to 10 mins for someone to take my order. Any employee that passed by me just lowered their gaze to the floor prayingI would ask for help. I eventually called the desk phone for someone to come out to me.
They were apologetic but offered nothing. If you are running a place you need to be more attentive.

Just spent 20 minutes sitting at a table waiting on a sever to serve come take our drink order. My wife went up to the register part and no one was there. Had to stop a waiter and ask if we could have someone and he said sorry who is your server. We’ve always had an issue with this BWW. Absolutely horrible.

My husband and I stopped in after we left the stadium last night. The food was great, I got a burger and it was really good. Nice crispy edge on the bun and the patties were flavorful and juicey. I'm mostly here to comment about our server, Paul. He was an absolute sweetheart. Attentive and kind. Super personable and made us feel very welcome. :)
