Buffalo Wild Wings

I have never had good luck at this location. Picked up a togo order. the bone in wings were supposed to be all flats- i had a total of 2 flats, the rest were drums. They were also supposed to be seasoned with salt and vinegar, there was quite literally nothing. There was sauce spilled all in the bag. The boneless wings were not sauces much either. Emailed corporate it was so bad.

Suncrest location(Morgantown, WV): went at 4:15p on a Thursday afternoon. Took quite awhile to be seated. Then no one even came and took our drink order for over 10 min. We left. No one said, I’ll be with you in a minute or anything. We had the same experience last time.

Didn't receive everything ordered. Put in a moble order for 40 mins our and food still wasnt ready when I showed up with the restaurant not busy at all.

Ordered my food online for delivery, the wings arrived cold and stale and taste like they were cooked in old oil then reheated in the same oil. They were also smaller than the size of McDonald's Chicken McNuggets.
Do better you are a WING establishment!!

Its no wonder this restaurant chain is having financial problems. BW's was the place for wings. Now they've shrunk not only the amount of wings you get but the size of the wings. It's disgraceful to raise your prices to ridiculous levels but to cut the quality as well. This will be our last visit. If I wanted Little Ceasars quality wings I would have saved myself the money and gone there.

George hung up on me when i called to speak to a manager even though i was very polite & asked to speak to one. Don’t like your job dude, find a new one.

My brother, sister, a friend, and I went here for dinner last night. The company was the only good part of the experience. I gave the food 3 stars because mine was at least above room temperature, while everyone else’s food was cold, under sauced, or overcooked.
The server was so bad that I thought the person shadowing her was the trainer and observing her take her first few tables. There’s no way that girl was a WCT.
THE BAR WAS OUT OF BEER! That is unacceptable for any bar, let alone a Buffalo Wild Wings. They had a poor selection of bottles but no kegs on tap.
Management and staff didn’t know basic ordering vernacular and had to come ask us what something on our order meant that over ordered at numerous other Buffalo Wild Wings. And one of our party recognized the head manager sitting at the bar drinking while the restaurant was a total crap show.

This place is a 1/10 because a 1/5 is too high of a rating. UTC is slightly better, but still poor. This a college town and B-Dubs is missing the mark of being great here. Bring in some managers that care and can get these places straight. Right now, major fail. If they were corporate stores instead of franchise none of this would fly.

My sandwich and onion rings were cold. The "steak" and onions on the sandwich were burnt and dry. I asked for another corona lite and was brought a regular corona (they apparently only had like 5 beers in bottle bc all the taps were empty). The waitress was training a new person, but it seemed like she still needed to be trained. When I was in school at WVU, I went here often. It's been some years now, and this place sucks now.
