Disappointed. Ordered delivery off the BK app. Of course it's usually double the cost of going to the restaurant but the issue I have is only getting half my order every single time we do delivery from BK. We ordered 4 melts, 2-16 pc nuggets, 3 plain bacon cheese burgers and 2 LG Fries. We received everything except the fries. The order before that we didn't receive 2 of the burgers or the fries I ordered and the time before that they didn't bring any of the drinks that were ordered. It's literally every single time we order. Also, the buns for the melts are never toasted when we order from this BK. Really disappointed at the quality of food and lack of detail when it comes to assembling orders.

They got part of my order wrong, and it took me 2-3 minutes to fix it. As for atmosphere it's a fast food dive,not much can improve it.
Sat, 10-19 came through the drive thru on Patterson drive. Repeated it will be another minute about 4 times. Did question the price at first since my order came to $12.40 for a $9.99 meal. But then understood added cost of .70 for cheese & up sizing coke. When I went to pay, Bri was very annoyed and no manners and angry le of meook on her face. I paid, and becuz bri was.very rude, I became frustrated and grabbed my combo angrily...I realized that was rude of me, and called to apologize for grabbing the bag. While driving away, I heard very loud screaming at the top of her lungs, in the front parking lot, cursing at me grabbing my order, saying fu bit__, and I don't give a fu, etc--broad daylight around 315 pm!! Parking lot full of ppl..was told by Tiana that I couldn't speak to corporate about it...the can't give out the nbr for corporate. Alex was very nice when speaking to.her. Tiana & jen were civil enough...

Stopping for breakfast a couple of times per month between 7:30-8:00am, no matter what, the food is never hot and never fresh. A range of items from the croissan' wich's, hasbrowns, and french toast sticks, and don't let me start on the coffee. The coffee does not taste good ever, always less than lukewarm and always making me feel like I wish I had not stopped. Very disappointing.

Internet was down, so I couldn't use any app coupons, etc. Wonder what would've happened had I ordered through the app; send like it would've have ended well. Menu TV screens were half down, so I had to use the app to see the menu. No issues accepting debit card pymt, tho! ? Ice dispenser at drink station covered in old sticky drink syrup, did not want that on my hand or my cup (used a napkin as a barrier). Bathroom was disgusting. Good was good, but overall I would not recommend.

If I could, I would literally leave a zero review. We had to take a trip from Hamlin, WV to Morgantown WV to drop my daughter off at WVU. We decided to stop at this Burger King and get some food. The drink machine was watery, the ice machine didn't work. So they had to get our ice and drinks from behind the counter. The drinks were hot. But that wasn't a big issue, we understand things are perfect all of the time. BUT our $42 order of food was down right disgusting. We wondered why there were no other customers beside us - inside or out. It was because the food they served us was not fit to eat. We ate what we could, because we had traveled and was hungry. I ordered cheese sticks, they were hard. the chicken sandwiches was soggy and were soaked in what tasted and looked like mayo and water. It was just an overall bad experience. I wish I would not have wasted almost 50 dollars on food like that! I hate to say this, but that whole place needs a complete turn around. The workers did the bare minimum. Now, I'm just out almost $50. I have been super busy and wasn't able to do this review sooner, or I would have done it that day. June 23rd, 2024. at around 4 o'clock. I apologize if this sounded a bit harsh, but we were extremely disappointed. I cant believe Burger King accepts this kind of service..

Well I went through the drive thru and ordered an original chicken sandwich they gave me the wrong sandwich. Some crispy chicken mess with what tasted like spoiled mayo.It came up to $6.30 ,I gave the guy $6.50and he struggled to figure out my change . I eventually just had to tell him it was 20 cents
Took forever for them to give me my fries only for one order of fries to be fresh and one order to be DISGUSTING OLD STALE with a disgusting old onion ring in it. It was a large but wasn't even close to filled. Lmfao what a joke.
