They were short staffed for breakfast this morning and the guy who waited on me in the drive thru, despite being short staffed, was so friendly and positive. Food was good and I have zero complaints. Give him a raise!

The boss family came in and brought her puppy in without a leash and let it run around the restaurant. Then workers came out to pet it and hold and returned to work without washing their hands. Then the boss took the puppy over the counter and carried it back into the kitchen to show the cooks where they handled it. She was also feeding it chicken nuggets from the tray above the fries.

There food was so bad waited for 20 minutes to get our food got charged for extra pickles and pickles on the side and they gave me 4 pickles, the food was cold, there was a hair in the fries, my whopper I got was still pink in the middle. That restaurant was so nasty inside and looked like it had never been cleaned. I would rate this 0 stars if I could. Don’t ever order the hot fudge sundaes mine was melted and absolutely no hot fudge in the cup.
The drive theu was very slow only 3 cars and took 15 minutes to get theu when I did my food was cold not even luke warm

Can be hit or miss. Sometimes it's really well assembled, correct and fresh other times it is not. It's usually a decent wait to get your food even if you placed the order through the app. Can score some good deals, so that is a plus. I wish the Melts would come back those are the best.

It was awful We usually eat about every weekend at Bridgeport. They are very clean and food is good and hot... We went to Morgantown, Thought to eat there It was alful 🤮 food was old, tasted terrible...the Jr. Burger and the fries and jalapeños pepper's taste old and dry...no milk shakes ...machine down and may never have a shake machine again and no cherry coke....tables were all dirty...I clean my own....has 4 or 5 works if that many...they were all very nice....

Hard working staff, and great service. I have stopped here for breakfast from this drive thru, on weekends, a couple times in the last several months, and each time, the same employee is holding down the fort and running this place like it's no big deal. Great job. Thank you so much.
