We placed an order through Casa Di Amici’s official online ordering system. When our food was delivered by Casa Di Amici’s own delivery driver (not DoorDash), the driver yelled at my husband—who was simply picking up the pizza from our porch—that we had ordered from the Cheat Lake location instead of the High St. location. He shouted this while getting back into his car, which was completely uncalled for. When I called Casa Di Amici to discuss the situation, I was asked “in what tone” the driver said it, as if to justify his behavior. I explained that I was inside and could clearly hear him yelling. The staff member I spoke with said she didn’t know what to say other than “sorry.” We order from Casa Di Amici frequently and have always enjoyed the food, but this experience was very upsetting and disappointing. It’s frustrating to be treated this way—especially when we ordered through the restaurant’s own website from where the website prompted us to.

AVOID THIS BRANCH! We placed our order for 4 people. Simple 2 pepperoni rolls, a buffalo chicken roll and 2 slices of pizza. The buffalo chicken roll and the pizza had obviously been setting too long before we got it. The pepperoni rolls took 25 minutes to get but only after asking the waitress multiple times about the order.

We was looking for a local place to go and our order was: 2 adults 1 kid 1 large margarita pizza 1/2 fries and 1 Philly cheese steak came to $48 pretax after fees/taxes and 15% tip came to $59. No service. No one told us we had to order at the front so we sat around waiting. The booth that was available was dirty from prior guests, we had to clean it ourselves. We get being busy but this was just plain awful service. Wasn’t given plates had to go ask them. I hate when places ask to tip prior too. The Philly cheese was dry but overall didn’t taste bad. French fries was good. But the margarita pizza was hard and dry. The spinach was crispy as heck. Highly do not recommend this place.. felt like we wasted our time and money. There’s much better pizza places around..

Good place for lunch, dinner, or anytime, for that matter. Pizza and Calzones are great. You may have to park in the lot and walk over. Parking in front is limited.

We order all the time, everything is delicious and the delivery is fast
Got a margarita pizza that had no sauce no fresh mozzarella and we got a buffalo Pizza and it only had Buffalo and chicken and cheese no actual vegetables or seasoning. The appetizer we got was mozzarella sticks and they made it first so they was cold.
