I had gotten sandwiches from here via delivery in the past, but had never gone to dine in until today. So I didn't plan well, and had a doctor appointment to get to, and I didn't realize how pressed for time I was until I was waiting for our food. I went back up and asked for our food to be switched to to-go, and the people were so nice about it. Very apologetic, even though they'd hadn't done anything wrong. They even brought us pizza to eat so we had something before we left. The food is amazing and the service is better. 12/10 ????????

This does not appear to be anything near the original Casa in downtown Morgantown but what do I know? I’ve only lived here for decades.Bought a 1/2 hoagie and a calzone and I’ll just leave the pictures. If they got a better lettuce than maybe the sandwiches would work for them? The calzone was…..so bad I don’t even know what I was eating anymore. The portions weren’t small, that was a plus I guess….

Pizza is good. The way they sell it is a little sus. Coupon codes offered on their website don't work. And the online price of a pizza is more than the menu board in the store.

Made me wait over an hour for my pizza. I had to say something to the waitress to get my food. She seen me waiting when she served others next table from me. Only thing she had to say was "sorry"... no refund, no offer of food for an apology, or anything. For better pizza and better service, go to fat Angelo's just down the road.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a pizza, was told it would be about 20 minutes. 1 hour passes by, just to find out our pizza had been done and was setting on top of their oven for at least a half hour. We were in the store waiting the whole time. Watching multiple people get served. No apologies or anything. Couldn't really tell you about the taste. I lost my appetite.

They are so rude on the phone anymore. Getting a pizza delivered the way you want it is a 1 in 10 chance. Like playing the pizza lottery. Undercooked mess the last 5 times we ordered. Ask for light sauce and you get extra sauce in it instead. Too bad they never have a staff who Weems to care since they hire college kids who come and go.

The take out spaghetti and meatballs is a steal at $10. Nice portion size. The personal calzone is huge, like a medium pizza folded over. Lots of ingredients and tasty. Pizzas are good too! If you want to raise your cholesterol, go with pepperoni.

This used to be our favorite go to pizza place.I've never had a problem with takeout orders and the staff are quite friendly. The biggest issue here, is online orders, every now and then we order the blackened chicken caesar salad and they deliver something completely different, or we would order chicken wings with the sauce on the side and it would come with the sauce on the wings which makes the wings less crunchy. This happens every now and then so I believe that it depends on who's working that shift.I hope they improve the delivery orders quality and I wish them the best!

Let me start by saying I was born in Baltimore and have lived in NY so I know pizza. This pizza is pretty close to a NY pie. The sauce is great no acid taste alittle bit sweet. The dough is very light and airy not heavy at all. It reminds me of a place that use to be in Masontown called Pizza Brothers. The staff there is great the cashier was awesome. I would say if your missing NY.stop here for a slice you will be glad you did. The prices are very reasonable.

The guy at the counter was super helpful and energetic, the place was clean but looked like it could use a nice scrub down especially the bathroom area. Food was pretty good. They didn’t have the deep style pizza which is why we went but ordered rolls instead. They are pretty good but could use more filling since mine was just dry burnt bread on the ends. But regardless the Ranch dressing saves everything it’s the best!

I stopped in at the store on Mid Atlantic Drive. I always order 2 slices of pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. I have never had an issue with this order. The gentleman at the counter told me that since they didn’t have that pizza available that I would have to pay for the toppings. When he gave me my total it was over $10.00 for 2 slices of pizza. He charged me the cost of putting extra toppings on a whole pizza. They had a very limited selection of pizza available. I turned around and walked out. This is crazy and I won’t be back.
