Here are photos of just some of the chicken sandwiches I’ve received lately at this location. There’s almost no chicken anymore since they switched to antibiotic chicken. The quality control is gone (especially at this location!!), because I haven’t gotten a normal sized chicken sandwich in months! The worst is when you bite in and it’s all breading, fat, or a tenderloin-y piece. My biggest shock is these pieces of chicken had to go through several people before it was given to the costumer every time and no one thought that they should be thrown out. If you’re trying to track your calories or macros, it’s impossible to eat here because the chicken size is so tiny and won’t match the regular serving. Also, the menu options are smaller/limited here compared to other locations…but a lot more expensive than the average Chick-fil-A. Like at least add the chicken cool wrap if the chicken sandwiches are no longer going to be up to par. On a positive note, I will say the workers are always very nice/friendly and quick with service. I just wish the food would match.

These Chick-fil-A in Morgantown are horribly ran. When they first train there employees they must tell them question the customer always. The customer is always wrong. They will always mess your order up in the drive thru and when you clearly have a receipt showing they shorted you items will question you. My family while eating has also been rudely kicked out at 6pm. Said they were closing and we just set down started eating. I have seen then first hand being rude to other customers. They continue to get business because chick-fil-A is an excellent brand but the ownership in Morgantown is horrible. I've been to chick-fil-A all across the country and they are always great but not the ones in Morgantown WV. Owned by the same Lady. Do better Morgantown owner
Kid-friendliness: The employees will question a father taking there 4 year old daughter in the bathroom with them. The employee said that's a mens, she needs to go in the girls. I will not let my 4 year old daughter go by herself in the bathroom to be kidnapped

Ordered from Cayl’e? 3/31/2023Attitude. Tossed my condiments down as she said here ya go. Ordered tea without ice. She gets cup of ice .I say that’s no ice please. Eye roll from her. She dumps ice back into ice machine. Ordered and paid for 2 brownies. Got only 1. My fault for not looking. I watched her while I waited for my food at the pickup area. Not consistent with her level of service. Not my first trip to this location or with her as my counter person. I just had enough of the complacency.

Stopped at Chik Filet on my way to Doctors appointment. I always get Half-Half and a large because I have to sit for 6hrs during Blood infusion. I just love their tea!! I have to be careful or I suck it all down in first 30 minutes. Love the location. Very convenient to hospital and getting around Morgantown. The staff is always friendly and drive thru moved very fast

DO NOT TRUST THE TWO CUP CARRIER!! I drove 5 mins down the road, carefully, and it fell over 4 times. Just wanted to give a heads-up, ask for a 4 cup carrier and tell em to put cups of ice if there are empty spots in it lol. Otherwise service is great!!

Are you serious about calling these tiny pieces nuggets? It is a joke. Spending here $21 for lunch meal with salad I left hungry! Will never go here.
