We arrived at 12;30 and it was very busy in the drive-through. However, there were 3 employees taking orders for each car lane. Total time to wait in line and then pick up our food was less than 10 minutes. However, the employees today were not their typical, very friendly selves.

Manager stepped past me to refill a customers soda when I’d been waiting 10 minutes to pick up a door dash. Do they not u destined that delivery for food time is money so I’ll end up with a bad review over being late !!!!

We ate inside at the University Town Center location and there was a dog (not a service dog) with a couple that would bark when people walked by. My understanding is Chick-fil-A is pet friendly outside and the drive thru however I cannot understand why management of a food establishment would allow animals in the inside eating area. I’m sure this is not allowed by the health dept. Will not be visiting the Chick-fil-A again even the drive thru

Best Chick-fil-a I've ever been to anywhere because of the people who work there. I will drive out of my way to visit this location due to exceptional employees. Abby and Nate have always remembered my name and have went above and beyond on many occasions to greet me with a smile, ask me how I'm doing and thank me. Always nice to feel taken care of and recognized. Abby and Nate, keep doing what you do because you are awesome!!

Horrible management of a drive through. Literally watched 8 cars that came after me go through the drive through before me. All because 1 line haf two cashiers and the other 1. After watching all the cars that came after me get promptly through a 4th cashier shows up after 15 min of waiting. I guess chick fil a doesnt believe in 1st come 1st serve. Next time I'll just go inside and go straight to the head of the line. I'll tell the customers it's not 1st come 1st serve at chick fil a get over it. No one will make this right or reach out. Chock it up to post covid work ethic.
