Stopped here on our way to Buffalo. It was crowded like all Chick Fila are but the food was hot, fresh, and the employees were kind. Tables and restrooms were clean!

Good food 9/10. Definitely better than the surrounding restaurants. My only complaint is that the grilled nuggets seem to be more tasteful at the Patteson Drive location (or maybe it just wasn't a good day at UTC location for food since my fries were also not as tasteful as they usually are). Usually get the breaded nuggets & chicken wrap which the wraps have never been anything other than amazing (could use a little more chicken or greens & less wrap, though). The staff here are usually beyond amazing (no real complaints in that area), they go above & beyond.
UPDATE: They remade my order & it was absolutely wonderful. I just went on the wrong day/time.
