My family and I have always enjoyed the food and service very much, but yesterday December 26/2024 was the worst experience, the waiter named Gracie was a disaster, we ordered appetizers and she never brought us plates and then our meal everything was wrong, the waitress never came back, we asked to speak to the manager and she/he never came and they sent I think she was an assistant manager, the waitress never came to apologize, my son feel very embarrassed and feel very uncomfortable because we don’t like any confrontation or conflict, it was the worst experience and poor service. Nothing else to say.

Chips and salsa was the best part of the meal! cheese sticks were extremely greasy, and I he breading was over seasoned. The marinara was bland and sweet on the side of ketchup. The ribs were on the dry side and did not "fall off the bone" . Fries were crisp but luke warm. Steak was ordered medium rare, but came to the table more on the medium well side, chicken tenders were the next best thing I had as they were crispy, flavorful and juicy. Our Server was the star of the show.. he was neutral, attentive, honest and had a "just take care of you" attitude.. I will return for chips and salsa and to try a burger..

Genuinely the worst service I have ever had. Like server never checked on us ONCE. She didn’t bring refills, she didn’t fix the check, she didn’t bring napkins. We couldn’t find her for 20+ minutes at a time. Sat waiting for the check for 30 minutes. Actually ridiculous

Bartender was very nice. Food was good. Manager delivered the food and remembered me from a previous visit. Good place to relax and eat a decent meal.

My wife and I had our Aniversary dinner at Chilis. The service was extremely quick. The staff was very friendly. The manager Brett stopped by our table to congratulate us. He saw I had my veterans hat and thanked me for my service. We were treated to a surprise discount at the end of the evening. The food was amazing. They have an appetizer( chicken covered nachos), I highly recommend trying. This appetizer could be an entrée. Meal was very quick to our table. Highly recommend this chili's. Great place. Great staff, Great management.

Good restaurant, bad area. To many wild college kids being loud, rowdy and rude. Would never go back, it's like being in a frat house. Food is subpar. Workers are kind, but also stressed in the chaos which is easily noticed.

Worst Chili’s I have ever been too. I go to Chilis every Sunday back home. Came to this one today and after an hour wait we finally got our COLD food! No the place wasn’t busy, there was no huge crowd, and even the manager couldn’t understand why it was cold. It was cold because your server left it sitting while she sit and talked to her co workers, probably about your hateful rude attitude. When I spoke to him about it his reply”just get out of here I’ll take care of the bill” . Yeah , you’re gonna take care of it because we didn’t eat the first bite of it! Quit being rude, I wasn’t rude when I told you about it!
